I'm definitely fine to be proven wrong so I went the practice dummy and shag shot is barely doing a third of the damage of some of the other skills so I'm really not sure how you are getting 3 million per use. Only theory is maybe the damage cap of slag is way higher than other skills so if you fully stack damage it can get really high but general use I'm not seeing how it will out-damage many of the other skills.
Going to the training dummy, considering about 1/3 of the shots miss the small target, it hits for 1.7m A full coffinmaker does 1.6m Bullet hail does 650k, again. Small target Collateral dmg does 1.5m I’m not crit capped, so did another slag after gunsmoke and it did 2.5m, again, with some missing
Hey I owe you an apology, I have end game gear now and I went to test slag shot again, yeah it's doing 3 million damage now and I'm not even sure I'm hitting damage cap so you're right, that does make it one of his best abilities. Sorry for doubting, I know you had good intentions. Take care.

Great Guide i love Rackam im still atm getting the rolan books any recommendation on beginner sigils? before getting the max ones? also My currently party comp is Rackam/Perc/Sieg/Cag but im thinking on change Sieg for Gran since it think its an amazing debuff/buffer-
Gran is good but almost all the characters are pretty good so if you want Gran debuffs and heals that perfectly fine. Beginner Sigils, you mostly want to increase your damage till you hit a cap but the general advice of Guts/Potion Hoarder and AutoRevive will still be useful. Still feel like Steady Focus is still just a key Sigil to have in your lineup. In the beginning, you can kind of get away with anything since the game doesn't really get difficult but just pick things that make sense to you. The Attack and Health sigils do not scale well so I would avoid those for now but early crab sigil if you are picking them up in the story can actually scale decently at the beginning.
any chance we can get a rough estimate on what a characters max dmg is within the cap for these? if its not too much, like what the highest an auto attack can hit for. love the video, by far the best coverage on a character that i've seen yet

his highest dps rotation is jump triangle attack, dodge mid air and triangle aerial attack again mid air It's massive dps and fires massive amounts of shotgun shells and staggers enemies in about 3 shots at full power try it 😅
Crit rate is much safer, if you have the game knowledge in the early game to know where to hit all the weakpoints then sure but that's unlikely in my opinion for a new player to know all that.

Have you dabbled with rosetta per chance? There's quite a bit on going on her and in still trying to maximise her.
Yeah I've played her as well. The more I play with other character the more complicated they all seem haha. There a lot of character specific tendencies that are pretty cool to see.
Slag shot is literally his best damage ability, use it as a shotgun type skill so they all hit and it does over 3 million per use

It doesn't matter where you get your curios from. I afk farmed my curios on a extreme quest and got war elemental from it.

The supplemental damage on wild gunsmoke is a good way to get around dmg cap until you can get your own supplementary dmg sigils
There isn’t any supp dmg on wild gunsmoke
Yeah Supplemental damage is on Percival skill and others but Wild Gunsmoke gives Crit and Attack Up for Buffs
why when charge bulls eye does it sometime shoot out a ball and other times it just a shotgun even when max charged

On the gacha system you have a chance of getting characters awakening sigils
