Making a GIANT JAFFA CAKE

Welcome back - apologies for being away for a while. But here is a GIANT creation that a lot of you had asked for when I asked you to vote for what giant recipe I should make next.
The Jaffa cake lends itself well to being supersized with a simple cake base and a jelly centre topped with gorgeous dark chocolate. This is definitely a recipe that everyone can try at home for an alternative birthday cake - or even just for a change of dessert in your household.
FULL INGREDIENTS LIST:
Jelly Orange-
2 x 135g packet of orange jelly
5 tbsp of shredless orange marmalade (optional)
500ml boiling water
Cake Base-
3 eggs
120g caster sugar
120g self raising flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping-
300g dark chocolate melted
