Luke Williams joined us to talk about banking and all things Weatherford, TX.

A little background on Luke Williams. Born and raised in Texas he is the oldest of 6, 5 younger sisters, the youngest of which is 14. My father is a local architect and mother is a career school teacher. While growing up in Weatherford he was homeschooled until 7th grade, then moved to Austin with his family. Following graduating high school Luke moved back to Weatherford to attend Weatherford College for 2 years . Luke furthered his studies at Tarleton State and received a Bachelors in Business Administration.
Luke spent his first two years after college in Abilene working at First Financial Bank going through their lender training program and have been back in Weatherford since then.
Luke is married to his wife Sharee Williams of 5 years, they have 3 children together: Witten, Blakely and James.
Currently Luke serves as VP at Plains Capital Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer. He also serves as the President of the Weatherford Noon Lions Club, Chairman of the Weatherford Young Business Leaders, and the board for the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce. Luke recently was elected to the Weatherford City Council serving the citizens of Weatherford, TX.
