  • Riding on two preserved Nottingham City Transport buses, upstairs on Leyland Atlantean AN69 ARC 666T and downstairs on Leland Atlantean AN68 RNU 433X.
One of the features I forgot to mention in the video was the windscreens were tilted to reduce reflections at night and improve the driver's visibility.
The Nottingham standard bodywork as fitted to 433 was pretty much the final incarnation of the design, and therefore the most advanced. However the bodywork on 666 shows what could have been done had it been deemed necessary to advance even further.
433 is owned by Nottingham Heritage Vehicles in Hucknall, which is where I was filming it, while 666 is owned by the Nottingham Area Bus Society at the Great Central Railway in Ruddington, and I filmed it in East Leake and Ruddington.
