For a proclaimed sneakerhead, he's making a lot of mistakes recently whether it's calling a shoe model by the wrong name or giving wrong information when he explains tech specs. The fact that he's not catching his mistakes during video editing is a little baffling and I think it's giving off the image that he's no longer that passionate about the shoes and putting on a false persona trying to sell his stuff. On top of that he does a lot of hype speculation with some of his sit or sell videos which is a remnant of back when the resell market was still viable. It seems very unnecessary at this point and may be part of the reason why the market imploded in the first place. The resell prices used to genuinely be on rarity and demand rather than speculation. And just like NFTs it was gonna fall off eventually. Plus he's using almost all these shoes casually when many models are meant for a specific purpose like basketball, running, or skateboarding. So yea, I can see how that might rub some people the wrong way.
The Pegasus Plus is a better running shoe than the Peg 41. Peg Plus is for steady to faster runs. If you are trying to use it for slow or recovery, its not the best. The zoomX foam is more responsive, but you can only feel that bounce with a slightly higher cadence. I know this is more of a casual shoe list but, as a runner, it pained me to hear Peg 41 is better for running. Great video!
Yup. He’s not here for performance (running or basketball). As someone that is into footwear for both, some of his comments in this video were painful. (Granted I’ll take the Vomero 17 over either of those)
He's actually a recreational runner, as per his content over the years. He should know better. His description of the Pegasus Plus was inaccurate, but I could understand his reasoning for stating so. The Pegasus Plus is a short to middle distance tempo trainer. It is best described as a performance oriented version of the Air ZOOM Pegasus 41. However, he probably carried over the categorization of the full-length ZoomX Invincible Run which, is a long distance/recovery running shoe to the new Pegasus Plus. To be fair, worn after a hard leg day or training run the shoe could serve as a recovery shoe.
In a Air Force 1 I have to go at least a half size down. And in some pairs even a full size down. They go on sale here often lately, they can be found around 70-80😊
The NCAA College Football x Pegasus 41 came out a few days ago.... I think 37 teams in total. Also, the NFL x Pegasus 41 comes out tomorrow for all 32 teams.
