I'm a rhythmic gymnast and let me tell you I related to this WAY TOO MUCH 😂 in grade 6 I waas doing the "penché pick up" and kicked someone 🙈

I found this SO relatable, literally, everything was accurate, so, I probably sit on the couch with my leg behind my head WAY too much! Lol😬🙃😂😐I practice dance every single day, so I love how she just takes a second, and does her thing. ❤️😂🤣🙃😉
Figure skaters do a lot of this too. I used to stretch while watching stuff and still sit in positions that my family thinks are weird even though I stopped skating a while ago (oh, and I still can turn out pretty well too.) That was helpful in skating too, several skating basic positions require turnout - for example, the camel and sit spin - on the sit spin if you are not turned out it can make you fall.
I legit can sleep in butterfly and people think I’m crazy. Like I legit do to a good amount of these and I dance pretty casually. Like just constant stretches and stuff

These are all so accurate! I’m not a super advanced dancer, but my feet are quite flexible with high arches and other ballet dancers I know have told me, not in a weird way or anything, that they want my feet. One time my ballet teacher had me remove my ballet slippers and point my foot in front of the class, and they literally GASPED. I thought it was strange at the time, but I’ve gotten more into dance recently and I realize that I do it too now!
I’m not even a dancer but whenever I’m at a public space and there’s music I just randomly start dancing and pretend that I’m a dancer when I’m actually not.😂

The annoying thing for me is that I wanna sit in those weird positions so that I can stretch while flopping on the council but I’m not flexible enough to even do that but I’m too lazy to actually stretch normally
Come on! 3 minutes in and i can see you forgot picking up things with the legs and toes in particular 😂 seriously! I'm doing it on a regular basis like flip flops, random things that fell off the couch and literally every single thing you can pick up with your and feet and it wouldn't be gross (like food/utensils- that is not something to pick up like this...)😂😂🤷🤪
