This is done using Lumion Render rendering software for architectural visualization. It’s a great 3D render software that saves a ton of time for architects because it helps you achieve the level of detail and realism not available in any other similar software.
Lumion Render is fully compatible with most 3D modeling software, including Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, 3ds Max, Rhino, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, and many others.

Hi Nuno, thanks again for your brilliant, clear and concise tutorial!! You are a life saver! and YES please, PART 2 would be great!! Could you also do a tutorial about Transparent drapery / curtains. I have wasted over a week trying to do transparent curtains , and still cant get it to work. The problem is everything keeps changing and the only tutorials I can find use old Lumion 7 etc. Can you put something together on this topic that's relevant for Lumion 23, bring together all your tips from all your past tutorials in a single video ( which maybe could be updated for LU23 + 24 + 25 etc as it all changes). Keep up the good work and thank you for all your help.

Hi Andrew! Sorry you're having trouble with this. Just letting you know this will be covered in an upcoming tutorial for Lumion 2024. At the moment, you can't do subsurface scattering on curtains for L23 - but that will be possible in Lumion 2024! 🌟

Hi Nuno. Just a quick question: Dont you think Lumion does not have any advantages after D5's last updates ? I mean pricing, render quality, rendering time, total number of objects, etc. D5 seems to have passed Lumion in all this categories. Why would people still buy Lumion anyways ?

Just select all, and on the top right corner you have an option to scale them randomly.

Spotlights don't have that issue. If it's area light or point light in older versions of Lumion, you need to adjust the falloff and intensity for that not to happen.
