We must show compassion for our LGBTQ+ neighbors, but let's be unapologetic in standing up to the LGBTQ+ agenda. This agenda demands endless affirmation, in hopes to calm the war within, but true peace comes from embracing who God made us to be. Frankly I’m sick of this agenda. It is overrunning everything. Entertainment stopped being about entertaining and telling a good story and now it’s all about this. Gender identity and sexual orientation. And I’m so tired of it.

Disney feels like they’re more focused on sending a message than writing/focusing on genuine good stories. Its a shame really.
There were 2 small references in the show. One being lesbian parents and the other being a mention of a they pronoun. Big effin deal!
“People trying to make peace with themselves, by demanding public affirmation for the war in their own hearts.” is the best summation for why homosexuality is being forced down our throats at every turn. Bravo Lila.

This isn’t even the biggest issue with the Acolyte. Episode 3 just dropped and it was the cringiest crap I’ve ever seen. Episode 3 shows literal lesbian space witches creating a baby through the force. I’m not joking , the writers of the show actually have a coven of lesbian space witches chanting an extremely cringey chant, and two of it’s members who are a lesbian couple, use the force to conceive twin girls.
Star Wars fans all over have been nuking this show to oblivion. And rightfully so.

Literally everything. I watch monster scifi and dystopian scifi. Or I did. Before they went woke and the monsters started crying about gay acceptance. It's just not scary anymore when he has more hormonal issues than I do as an actual woman.
I’m all about freedom so I believe everyone should be allowed to live however they want to as long as they don’t infringe on anyone else….but I just wish more people made shows these days that weren’t used as a platform to push any agenda but, instead, were singlemindedly focused on telling a great story. There’s not many left.

Tbh, I just think everything is virtue signaling. Let’s not kid ourselves, corporations don’t care about pride day/month, they just merely care about the $$$ to appease those kinds of groups, which is understandable to a degree.
Admittedly, I am invested into these varying corporations like Disney for years now and while I have seriously thought about selling all I have and part away with these corporations due to their anti-Christian value stances, but on the other, they have been helping me a lot financially as a working class. While I am comfortable financially, I am still a student and still a fair way away from retirement.
It is tough and it is human nature to be magnetized towards profits and meeting bottom lines.

Disney is not just going along with the trend to try and get more money or look like they care when they really don't, like most companies.
The difference is that Disney (own Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar, Whinny the Pooh-watch out for that one, it's only a matter of time, etc.) is purposely pushing this into everything.
There was a leaked zoom meeting with their top executives from around 2022 where they bragged as they spelled out their agenda. If I remember correctly they want 40% of their characters across all mediums to eventually be one of the aspects of the pride flag. You can probably still find the video on youtube.
Anyway, so things like the Acolyte episode 3 are not a one-off. It's exactly what they are planning for the future.

It's true that Disney is being a little aggressive with trying to diversify it's content, but ultimately, it's called tolerance, something your own religion teaches you to have. We have had heterosexual white males as main characters throughout the history of Star Wars movies and shows, but once they make a show with gay, colored, females, you people go berserk. The Acolyte is actually pretty entertaining and has an interesting story, but you all already made up your minds and refuse to watch it for these reasons. Sad.

Has the author ever even known an (openly) LGBTQ+ person? I have never known anyone who identifies ONLY by his/her/their sexual orientation. We all have ethnic, religious, cultural, racial AND sexual identities. Heterosexuals don't need to be as vocal about their sexual identities only because historically that's been the default presumption. So if the rainbow flag representing inclusion and diversity really offends the author so much, perhaps she needs to examine why people who are different than she is (or maybe / maybe not) aren't entitled to be proud of all of their identities and not just the ones the author approves of.
I think Star Wars is just keeping up with what’s going on in today’s generation because they tacked topics in the past generations that first trilogy and the prequel trilogy came out. No matter if you agree or not and no matter if it’s woke or not it’s getting people talking.
All the stuff that is in our shows and movies are showing topics that is going with the next generation
