It’s a very good thing to start with an allee and streets with lot of trees & shrubs 👍. However a park is a square, round or rectangle plot of land in any part of a city or in a place like Norea where a landscape with trees, shrubs, flowers and plants including fountains etc. are used, where people can stroll or sit (with enough waste containers and clean toilets). Take a look at Japanese garden, English garden, rose garden etc.

It's possible for the whole country to be as beautiful as that small city. Cambodia boasts an abundance of rivers, lakes, and streams, but unfortunately, they have been marred by industrial pollution and human waste, such as plastic bags. These natural features are like jewels for the country-assets that many nations, particularly in the Middle East, lack.
A beautiful city is a result of thoughtful design and commitment, much like the Angkorians demonstrated 900 years ago, still impressing the world with their achievements. However, the major flaws in Cambodian cities are evident, including the lack of public transport hubs, public toilets, tourist information centres, signs, public pavements, and effective sewage systems. It's a far cry from the smart city concept exemplified by Singapore...
