    //FAQs??
    -How many squares do I need for a baby blanket?
    This can vary, it really can be however big or small you like, but i generally do 4x4 or 5x5.
    This blog post might be useful: bit.ly/1UIobie
    -How many chains shall I do for a *single/double/etc' blanket?
    Again, this can vary. I would suggest that you do your chain and lay it down agains the bed you are wanting it for. It should be the same width. You should then ad a few more to make it a little wider.
    This blog post might be useful: bit.ly/1UIobie
    -How much yarn do I need?

    I started watching your videos 2 years ago with no experience in crochet. I became extremely poorly and still am now; I needed something to focus on to fill time in my day but wasn’t physically demanding. After seeing one of your videos I thought I give crochet a go. I have learnt everything from your videos as you explain this craft so well. I am now able to crochet a range of blankets, scarves, baby cardigans, Toft animals and many more items. I just wanted to thank you as you honestly kept me sane over these past few years 🥰

    I've known how to crochet for years, it's always been something to do when I needed to mentally relax. Recently I discovered mosaic crochet, and in the process learned I could do borders such as the third technique in the video, which I can use on a lot of my projects. I wish I learned this sooner, mosaic crochet is so satisfying to work

    I really appreciate this video. I love moziac crochet and dislike fringe. It was wonderful to see someone demonstrate this technique for hiding the ends in a border. I was aware of it but had never seen it done. It gave me more confidence to work on some projects I put on hold because of never having watched anyone so this. Thank you so much.

    I have to give you a very big thank you. I decided upon learning to crochet as a lockdown project. I tried learning from a book. I think learning Rocket science would be easier. Then I found you on RUclips. I am definitely getting better xx

    Hello! Thank you for sharing this border tutorial, it’s very lovely! ✨ I was wondering, do you have any helpful information for converting overlay mosaic patterns to inlay / inset mosaic crochet? I see so many patterns for overlay but I prefer inset, but am still too new to know how to convert the two. :( Any information would be helpful!

    • @bellacococrochet
      @bellacococrochet  Год назад

      You're welcome, I'm glad you like it! 😊 If you pop over to my blog posts for overlay and inset mosaic crochet, you'll find the links to the charts for each one which you can compare: blog.bellacococrochet.com/inset-mosaic-crochet/ and blog.bellacococrochet.com/overlay-mosaic-crochet/ You can see that the chart for the inset mosaic method is very similar to the overlay method, except that each row is doubled as you work back and forth. I think this would be a good starting point to learning how to convert one to the other 😊

    I've stumbled upon a question. What's the point of mosaic crochet if you can just do tapestry crochet???

  • @elnavanjaarsveld1747
    @elnavanjaarsveld1747 2 года назад +1

    Why only in the back loop?

    • @bellacococrochet
      @bellacococrochet  2 года назад +1

      We work in the back loop only so that in subsequent rows, we can work a taller stitch into the front loop; this is how this particular type of mosaic crochet works 😊
