For the alarms to work, does the watch have to be connected to the smartphone via Bluetooth all the time? If I'm out running without my phone, will it still notify me of alarms I previously set?
im thinking of buying it but i wanna know, when its calling or i get a SMS does it vibrate? like, its not simply enough just to get the screen notification but i need it to vibrate also. so, does it vibrate when i get a call or a SMS?
Does it give false readings eg movement of car counted as steps? and does it count your steps if your carrying something in your hands...I am looking at buying a new activity bracelet as my old one didn't count steps if carrying something & did count movement in car as steps..and it didn't count bike riding... so I am looking at this one but wondering if it would do the same
It seemed to be rather accurate. I didn't see any steps get counted while I drove/rode in a car. I didn't specifically test it while walking with something in my hands, but I'm sure I had something in my hands at one point or another.
Do you know if there is a way to change the settings so the tracker records sleep before 23 and after 7h30? I am usually going to sleep earlier and it doesn't record it. And there is no manual way to record sleep. Thanks
Its heart rate is mostly inaccurate which most people won't even know unless they check it with another device just like I do. Isn't this disappointing as you never know the accuracy of the other activities' measurements too?
I usually use a wrist BP Monitor to test the accuracy when I look at these. The one I was using was pretty accurate provided the device was positioned correctly. Too far up on my wrist or if it falls to the side, the readings were off. Sometimes WAY off, but you can generally tell when that happens. If my heartrate shows a 23 or a 150 out of nowhere then I generally disregard those readings.
Not only that but it states in the manual that you should have it a little bit tighter than comfortable (you get used to it fast) this way there are less faulty readings :)
Taha Tariq I don’t think so, there’s a setting where u can put it to sleep from (example 11pm -8am) I doubt it’ll wake but will track your sleep heart rate etc
Good review man, very detailed. I just got mine today and I love it. It looks just like a Fitbit Alta so it doesn’t look cheep :)
This is one of the best reviews I've seen Thank you.

I thought there was an option within the software to change this. Unfortunately, I no longer have the demo unit, so I cannot verify this information.

How does the alarm work?
you have to download an app if you still didn;t figure it out
@Aesthetic Ella but does the watch need to be within the range of the phone? Connected? Or it doesn't require an active connection?
This or the 107 plus?
I haven't had a chance to review the ID107 Plus, so I can't really compare the two appropriately.
