Hi, i tried a faster way to do it. I login to 2 different Azure subscription in the Azure Storage Explorer. Instead of downloading the disk via url, in the Azure Storage Explorer, i used the "Copy" button on the source disk and "paste" to the destination resource group. The file transfer will be from Azure to Azure. That is super fast. Instead of 5 hours download, it was transferred to destination resource group in 5 min. I think it also save you some cost when data not transfer to different zone or outside Azure.

There is no need to download the VHD file just login with the 2 accounts on the Explorer and select copy paste that’s it….
