  • Shoulder impingement - causes and exercises for prevention are discussed and shown here by Human 2.0 head physio Jethro Constant and strength and mobility coach Dan Jones. The fact that so many of us sit all day can cause problems for the shoulder, including pain, clicking, and lack of mobility in that area. The key to good shoulder health is to keep moving. Try out some of these exercises that Dan shows here and add them to your day.

    Excellent Gentlemen. I needed these exercises & stretches. Torn rotator cuffs have me with frozen shoulder's. I know you have to keep moving, even when it hurts so bad. Saying ouch thousands of times a day!
