Yes however it’s slightly cumbersome but the way it is designed it naturally wants to lock into place once open but requires a slight tightening down by hand to be solid.
To be honest I still use that one all the time and I’ve actually broken or lost every other net I own besides that one so I’ve been putting Steelhead in it all season :) i’m pretty rough with it to you sometimes I use it as a crutch to get myself up on banks and stuff.
bummer. mine is still going strong. Ive netted big fish with it and used it as a walking stick in heavy brush, dragged it through river and woods ect. its the only net I have that I havent broke besides one I've only used twice lol. thanks for the input though.

It's a piece of junk. Comes apart at the seams. Don't buy.
