@@shantygaming694 the F40 was the only car without antilock brakes. He locked up which is why he missed the last turn.
@@2likruesco768 I seriously doubt any of them used ABS - it was most likely disabled on all the cars long ago. ABS and TCS in cars like these can only help you if you barely have any idea of how to drive a car at all. For any skillful driver it's just a nuisance.
@@getsideways7257 I don’t know if this is sarcasm or what. ABS has regularly been banned and unbanned in racing, most notably Formula 1, due to the advantages it brings on a race track so if you’re being serious you’re wrong lol. All of these cars had ABS except the F40. Hypothetically, if they had disabled the ABS on the cars equipped with it than the test is pointless as we no longer know what the cars stock to stock performance looks like on a race track. Perhaps you’re confusing ABS with VSC?
Back when cars had a heart and a soul.
The last of those days, actually...
@@getsideways7257 The peak of those days in some ways - the early 90s had the most beautiful supercars. I'd say the last of those days were the early 2000s with the Carrera GT; everything since has been a poor imitation of those days or the antithesis of them.
@@mattarnold198 cCompletely agreed. These are the supercars I grew up with so i'm obviously a bit baised but still, super cars from the 50s to around the early 2000s destroys modern supercars in terms of look, design and character. They also were not loaded with electronic aids like modern cars are.
@@Skumtomten1 every days that passes i hate electronic aids a little more than the last. no wonder it's called aids, cause that's what they are. car aids.
abs tried to kill me again today (dirt road, can't turn the f'ing thing off, took my brakes ENTIRELY, went too fast into a huge chasm in the road. hopefully there my truck wasn't damaged, it didn't seem to be but it was rough)
@@mattarnold198 Best comment.
Japanese car show: Snap oversteer in a F40 on Suzuka, Driver makes "ohhh"
meanwhile in a german car show: driving a brand new audi around a landing strip and screaming like a little girl.
Excellent Point !
You must be talking about CarWow... lol. Dude does scream like a girl.
Too funny.
this is such an awesome race, F40 seems to be the fastest car on track, but I love the F50 and its sound
Give the F40 driver the F50 and you'll see which car Is the fastest
Love it! This is like a real life version of an early 2000's vintage Gran Turismo game. 🎮 😆.
I love the commentary from the drivers, they’re all just having a good time
Classic!! Just awesome😍. The F40 and F50 were the absolute pinnacle of analog sports car perfection, it’s all been downhill from there. More weight, complexity, size and nonsense added (like “hybrid” BS) every year.
Epic race, legendary cars, all brilliant masterpieces but the F40 & F50 were like God of supercars ...what a sound ..sound of Victory!
I've never heard an F-50 sound that good ever. My goodness!
7:10 True origin of the Pop Exhaust Tune~! Ha Ha! Fun and GREAT race~! Cheers from Florida 🌴🤙🏼
That F50 with its F1-derived V12. No wonder it sounds so glorious!
16:12 best sounds in all race
The best content on youtube, I can watch best motoring battles forever.
holy moly! that F50 noise is biblical!
Absolute top tier video! Thanks for uploading!
F355 just low key hanging in the back making F1 sounds 🔥🔥
Such a gorgeous looking car with a glorious V8 to match
This was awesome to watch, thank you.
Not that I was expecting it to win, but I'd choose a ride in the F40 over all the other cars.
Wow.. That F50 is rippin' the track
Big smile watching this. I need more
this was soooo EPIC, loved it, and that F50=F1 lol insane
The most epic race ever. Thank you.
10:09 sounds of freedom! Kurosawa was on a mission. Just wow!
love how much quality content you have uploaded thanks.
The F40 is the greatest Ferrari ever made. Enzo went out with a bang!
No bro, the F50 is. It is literally the greatest handling production Ferrari ever made from that era. And people keep sleeping on that fact. Handles much better than the F40.
@@curlyanoable And yet, the F40 was faster. Measurable comparisons go completely against everything you said.
@A World Under A Spell In every objective performance category, the F40 is better. It does sound better than the F40, of course.
@@johnulmerRacing It's better especially because it has much less racing tech packed into it and it STILL can beat the F50, which is pretty close to being a darned F1 car of the day. F40 is relatively simple, it's raw and it's one hell of a beast that needs an equal measure of a beast behind that wheel to keep it going.
Nope, the F50 and Enzo are the best Ferraris ever made. And, in Fiorano circuit testings the F50 was two sec faster than the F40, the F50 was conceived to surpass the F40 in every aspect. And if you are not convinced, check the stats or check the F50 GT...
The F50 sounds amazing... F40 driver was a monster btw

Two Ferraris at full tilt back to back 😀
best motoring is the GOAT racing show
I’m just frickin addicted to your vids! Thank you for your content :D
Thanks for this awesome comment! I really appreciate it!
one of my favorite videos of all time, these guys drive the wheels of some of the most legendary supercars and sports cars of the century
What the F50 and F40 did to the 922s is the definition of SuperCar vs SportsCar
I was hoping the GT2 could hold on and take it out for the win, but the two Ferrari classics were too strong 😆
Great upload 👏🏻
今じゃもうこんな企画通らないんだろうなぁ。
バブルの余波がまだ残っていた豊かな時代だなぁ。
That blue Diablo also looks and sounds amazing!! Huge flames from that thing!!!!
C' était les meilleurs vidéos à l' époque.......🤙
Best race on this channel. That. F50 and gt2 battle…wow
I'm sure they put the F40 at the back of the grid to make the race a bit more even. The car is 10 km/h faster than the F50 in the speed trap and faster overall...if they put it there mid pack it would destroy them in the second lap. No wonder Ferrari never allowed to compare F40 vs F50 in real life. The F40 was really ahead of its time in terms of performance.
I am glad that there are people like you, who can help beginner streamers. Thank you brother, I appreciate your support. Always fresh updates
damn, that's one f40 driven the way it was conceived for, damn tsuchiya and his godly driving skills
Best Race EVER between those Sports & Supercar…PROUD with that OLD Ferrari F40😍.
Never saw a 355 in white. Looks absolutely breathtaking.
And kudos to the guy with the GT-R, he must have felt like bringing a knife to a gunfight... XD
Fantastic race, props to the fellow in the F40, wild car. The F50 however sounds absolutely amazing, wow!
Ferrari F50 for life! I've always loved that beautiful V12 beast. The epitome of a Ferrari supercar.
Great performance F40 driver's. My eyes are glad to watch this beautiful race.
F40. My favorite car.
Still the F50 won...
@@milesr4609 F50 won in many aspects. The F50 was made to beat the F40 in performance, popularity and sales. But the history and design of the F40 is much more fun than the F50.
my happiness is immeasurable and my day is made.

You can tell the Ferrari drivers are really fighting the cars through corners where the Porsches simply struggle with straight line speed.
LMAO no the Ferraris are better through corners (middle vs rear engine), also listen o read the subtitles again.
Some well mannered Gentleman's racing with a collection of amazing cars. No losers here.
this was awesome. i can imagine how tough battle it was to keep the F's on track.
One more lap and the F40 wins this. You have to be a hell of a driver to handle one of those, but god damn what a weapon. There will never another car quite like it.
For real, the F40 is _the_ OG "race car for the street" and you are 100% right there will never be another. No electronic nannies, no flappy paddles, no creature comforts, no bullshit. Anybody can hop in a modern supercar and go "fast" all day long, because the car is constantly working behind the scenes to keep you out of the ditch. The F40, on the other hand, is a true "prancing horse." It practically _wants_ to kill you.
F50 guy: I must be very careful with this car.
Also him: drives like crazy from the start
Man, this kind of video really takes me back. Also... wow, that F40 driver is REALLY nervous.
Gran Turismo 10 has really amazing Graphics! Like photorealistic ! But i really think they should get rid of the old filter and increase the definition to 4k.
Saw the whole damn thing... It was really awesome to see these cars being driven like this! Awesome cars!
Man, these videos are so awesome ! Thank you for sharing !
