Why there is no sound on the app while watching the videos?

I called the customer service and they have advice me to unmute the sound from my mobile phone it is working fine now.

i have bought this app an installed on iOS my mobile. but unfortunately my screen spoiled and now how can I use that app ( dont want to buy again) now? or how can I get it (my same purchase) installed on my laptop?
