@1:37 can we all appreciate how DW's eyes widen in horror when Goslyn said, "take me back"? I mean sure it's a little disturbing, but at the same time it shows how much DW was affected by Goslyn's disappearance that he gets upset over the thought of her leaving BEFORE he gets made at her for wanting to fix him.
Wouldn't be surprised if he were the last to fall Probably why he created the Thunderquack Drones That monster didn't even care about HIS daughter Leaving her to be raised by the only good thing the Negaverse spat out And leaving them in a hellish nightmare The Drones caught him But He broke him Physically Spiritually Mentally And then, finally Ended him
Negsy is evil, not stupid. He saw the danger and ran away to his home dimension and sealed the portal so DW couldn't follow. The loss of his own daughter triggered boredom in him at first, then fear when Nega-Liquidator and Nega-Bushroot held him responsible. He then unsealed the portal (quite without knowing what he was doing), got sucked in, begged for help, and was slapped in an insane asylum. Or something like that.

I wonder how this show was able to predict the 90's gritty and dark comic books that were imitating Rob Liefeld's X-Force and Todd McFarlane's Spiderman at the time. Disney has some keen eyes back then.
This show was in 93. The dark gritty comic epidemic was already in full swing by thins point. Someone on the staff likely saw what was going on in comics and wanted to incorporate it into an episode.
He does show up in the new Ducktales Series, as in show actor Jim Starling. Only to be replaced by a new person who is Ironically named Drake Mallard. While the original in show actor becomes another villain as revenge for being replaced. You may remember him as.... NEGADUCK With chainsaw too.
Dark Warrior is like Anakin when he force chokes Padme. Hes attacking the very reason hes acting like a monster, which means its not about them anymore. Which is why Vader continued despite Padme being dead.
It made no sense for me towards the end of this episode he tries to kill his daughter that he hasn't seen in 10 years and was grieving and crying for her. Like how does that make sense?
Darkwing Duck In this episode "Time and Punishment" Gasolyn time traveled into the future. Considering she is the most important person in his life, her sudden disappearance was devastating to him. LP explains to her that after she disappeared, Darkwing didn't want to do anything anymore, he didn't fight crime, nor did he do anything, he just missed Gasolyn. Then one day, he saw a playground bully, take away the toy of a girl similar to Gasolyn looking. He then decided to end the villainy once and for all. Many criminals fled, then he started to give every criminal the electric chair. LP was not his Sidekick anymore as Darkwing thought LP was being too soft on crime. It didn't end there tho. Every minor crime or not really a crime at all was worth of being locked up or death, even the normal civilians, Darkwing started to create strict rules and who didn't follow was severely punished and Darkwing named himself Darkwarrior
One of the scariest episodes.

It started with the "Terror that hunts in the night" phrase. Gos was right, Darkwing was a bad guy when he was Darkwarrior!
Darkwarrior was so OP that Negaduck wouldn't even stand a chance in this time.

Negaduck is locked away or he ran away to hos dimension if negaduck is dead tjat means darkwing is dead unless there are other negaducks out thetr

I guess Darkwing was sort of thinking about starting over with his little girl for that brief second. Just a thought.

I wonder how the fight between Negaduck and DarkWarrior went down.
