- Decided to go out and fish this local pond the other day and to my surprise the fish were very willing to cooperate. I immediately noticed that the water was high and dirty approaching the pond, so I opted for a spinnerbait with two Colorado blades. The front one being an orange kicker blade to add some attraction. Thank you guys for watching today's video I hope that you will be able to take something away from it that will help you catch more fish on your next outing.

Definitely brings back memories.. my introduction to bass fishing was ponds and spinnerbaits.. good memories sure.. really enjoyed this video...
Thank you James I love living those past memories in current time!
Perfect conditions wind, high water, stain and cloud cover. Perfect bait choice and nice explanation on being curious and respectful!
Absolutely the stars aligned for them to crush a spinnerbait! Thank you 🙏👍
Heck ya man, hands down the best way to change your mood and get out of a funk is go fishin. Agreed!
Absolutely man! Kicks the funkyness off really quick!
Great video man. Did the same thing in the same conditions today, just was using a lipless instead. Keep the content coming I thoroughly enjoy it.
Awesome man! I love that shallow water spring bite, I appreciate it.
I fished out of ponds when I was younger for a long time (now I have a boat) however, when they hit the bait that close to the bank or boat it always scares me to death, but it's really fun!.
One of the reasons why I still bank fish all the time! You just can't get those same eats on a boat!
Man I love spinnerbaits so much lol
Such a fun bite! 🤗
Super rad video bro! It’s good to see your face again it’s been awhile
I like throwing my spinnerbaits on a 7 foot medium heavy!
Gotcha! So a little shorter then what I've been trying. I think im going to revert back to the 7'2" MH
@@jacobwallfishing I tend to fish real close to things though so if i was fishing open water or needed to cast further I definitely would use a longer rod
