My ex brother-in-law was driving a big Ryder rental truck and a guy got mad at him for something. The guy pulled up next to my BIL and pointed a gun at him. BIL made him eat that big yellow truck! In Texas this is self defense and that's the way the cops saw it. Only the guy with the gun went to jail...after his trip to the hospital.
