Spectre being bound to the host does not limit Spectres power it is divine law set by Presence to make sure Spectre does not unleash Wrath and Vengeance upon EVERYONE, host is meant to be the focus of divine power on those who deserve it. Spectre working within divine law by having the host makes him most powerfull being in all creation, and fully backed by Presence in his enforcing the Presence Wrath and Vengeance. Unbound Spectre means he works outside divine law set by Presence, which cuts him off from Presence backing, which still makes him nigh omnipotent being that only Power of God can stop. In both cases Spectre is more then a match for Living Tribunal. Jim Corrigan/Spectre from 1992 series issues has feats that far exceede anything Living Tribunal has ever done.
I agree. I’m more Marvel vs DC so I wasn’t as familiar with the Spectre. I thought he was just an Earth-bound religious-based entity. When I read Marvel vs. DC, I was shocked to see that he was the DC equivalent of the Living Tribunal. Since then, I’ve read that he’s the most powerful person, after the Presence, in the DC Multiverse. I’m still trying to wrap my head around that as he was on par against the Anti-Monitor.

The version of the Spectre that faced off Anti-monitor is a version that was confined by human host nor had the Presence's backing. In effect, it was the weakest version of Spectre vs the strongest version of anti-Monitor.
When you compare two characters with such high and yet vague power levels, the likely winner in any person's mind or head canon is likely to be whichever comic book publisher that person enjoys the most; regardless of anyone else's logic.

The Fulcrum is virtually featless, but he's the very essence that holds reality in its place. He's also completely omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent. Plus he's modeled directly off of Jack Kirby, the ultimate father of comic books. So he pretty much one shots everyone in comics other than the TOAA.

When Heart of the Universe and Infinity Gauntlet only work on Marvel Cosmology, DC has its own cosmic balance and how balance works, and we know that the living tribunal never even fought. He is just a loser who even just stays silent when attacked by beings from outside the multiverse like the Beyonder who lost to sentry. This is also proof that he can't judge beings outside the Marvel multiverse

I understand the person doing this video is a Marvel fanboy like myself that's great but he hasn't done his research properly living tribunal has nothing on the original as the Spectre was created first in the 1940s so it is possible if Spectre was not created living tribunal would not be as he is the copy plus he needs to check out when the Spectre bonded with the presents itself in the void I believe the void in DC is like a blank piece of paper waiting for a story to put on it that the Spectre has sort of control over it because the Spectre bonded with the presents mind itself as we know he is the creator so being a part of the presents mind he could create a story how he sees fit with no bounds no limitations and have power over all creation in DC for example changing the look on a character their abilities and making them more powerful or less Powerful like they've done with Superman and create a whole complete new character never seen before but I still like Marvel more

LT. It took a gang of Beyonders attacking him in different dimensions at once to take him. Spectre had trouble with one reality warper Parallax.
For real! LT had a whole crew of Beyonders ready to throw down, while Spectre was just trying to handle Parallax.
