Chewy Condensed Milk & Butter Crispy Crackers (Buttermilk flavor)
Ingredients
Yield for 35-40 pcs
35-40 pcs Crackers (with salt on top)
40g Unsalted butter
Pinch of Salt
40g Icing sugar
Vanilla
1 Yolk (or Yolk and egg white for 20g)
60g Condensed milk
30g Cake flour or All purpose flour
10g Milk powder (for bakery)
Pre-heat the oven for 140'c with fan force
Bake for 12 mins Medium rack
Baking time can be adjusting by
different of oven and size of what you bake
