More! I learned the most from the fails, especially when there was also a successful outfit using the same piece.

More! Thank you for showing what DOESNT work! Very helpful!
Could you also do more dupes for higher priced items? I love that you use a mix of price points in the same outfit❤

More please! This was super informative and interesting. I too have the menopausal bust increase ( but I think it’s just a little weight gain all over - at only 5 feet tall it is noticeable) and some things just aren’t as flattering anymore. I LOVE the black T shirt dress on you - minimizes your bust and makes the most of your great legs - fabulous!

Ugh! I completely relate to the bust increase! My children, bless their hearts, call it wayyy too boob-alicious to wear out of the house clothes.

Nada, your promotion of elevated lounge wear needs to get you a public service award. I invested in 2 pairs of wide leg trousers from Athleta that cost more than my favorite dress slacks after seeing similar items in one of your videos. But, I wore them almost as often as my beloved Vuori joggers and they were a dream to travel in. Topped with a cashmere sweater Fall-Winter, now that I'm used to wearing cashmere around the house, I can hang out at home all day or run errands and feel fabulous doing either.

More please! Especially where one of your favorite pieces is involved in a ‘fail’, I seem to do this all the time. I pick one wardrobe workhorse and then abuse it.

I enjoy seeing outfits that work as well as those that did not. Monthly/seasonal videos like this would be great. I would love to see more “progression “ type photos of how you might “fix” an outfit that is/was less optimal, or how a particular piece can be used better. Also, as someone who does like to hike and be outdoors, it would be fun to see activewear that is sun-protective but still somewhat stylish. Thanks!

Yes, Part 2!!! This video was uplifting. I felt so deflated trying to pull together a simple red and black outfit for a Christmas Eve family party. I thought I had all the pieces, but nothing worked. To add insult, I trashed my bedroom, drawers, and closet and had to cram everything in drawers and chairs to get into bed later. I didn't go naked, but I did not feel cute. This morning, I watched your video and was inspired to keep trying. Merry Christmas and Thank you!!! Bev F.

Fun video especially when you showed the 5 worst outfits. I am petite as well at 5ft 2in, but curvy. I understand when you showed the oversized long sweater and yes, that would swallow me up too, better on a much taller person. I have always been broad shouldered with a healthy bust that I celebrate and the blue stretchy summery dress would not work for me either. This was a helpful video. Thank you.

I went to an event and a friend to a picture of me with another attendee. I was horrified. I thought I put so much effort into the outfit. My designer outfit matched the rug 😮 I donated it the next day 😂

I love you in your elevated leisurewear/comfy pants, you look younger and modern, much more so than when you're wearing dresses. I'm coming round to elevated leisurewear myself, but I'm lazier than you are and worry that I won't get dressed if my leisure clothes are too comfortable, also eleasticated waists encourage overeating in my case so I have to be careful

I have found that ladylike jackets look too ageing and formal on me (I'm 58 years young) if they have gold buttons or are in black & white or a dull black - I prefer no buttons (I sometimes use a brooch to fasten the jacket) or non-shiny buttons, frayed hems for a more modern look and more unusual colours, e.g. mid-blue .I also like it when the fabric is a combination of 2 colours (I don't know the technical term for it), e.g. two blues or black & grey, and I prefer collars, though I have a collarless one too.

The outfit with the vest, scarf and camel coat would have worked well here in Canada as long as you added knee high boots and some gloves for that awful white stuff! That time of year has arrived and yesterday, the temperature was -18C with a bitter wind so, trust me, all those layers would have been perfect. I guess the location of the fashionista really matters, lol! Thanks for this, Nada. Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas!

      @NadaManley  6 дней назад +1

For sure!! But in this case it was more that I had a ton of volume at the top and none at the bottom. I liked the cozy layers but needed them throughout the outfit. I hope you stay warm there!

    Hey Nada,
I don't think that the green, red and white T Shirt outfit Look that bad. The last outfit and the blue dress are totally fine. Anyway thank you and have a wonderful Christmas. God bless and thank you🎉😊

Nada, why do you call a jacket a lady jacket? Is it anything other than a menswear jacket? I think you gravitate to the crop jacket because many of yours are similar in look and feel to a Chanel jacket, which I adore. I want to wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year. I also want to thank you for your guidance as my overall attitude is so much better and happier when I get dressed everyday in a stylish modern look. I really do have a new sense of confidence. I just smile all day. Thank you.

@@susanbrownstein3971 thank you so much! So so sweet of you. Hoping you are enjoying the holiday season with your family.! I called those jackets lady jackets because that’s what the websites and l catalogs call them. I agree with you that they are like the Chanel jackets and I love that look! Thanks for the comments and for watching my videos. It means a lot to me.

Structured button up shirts, black and white look great on you. With wide leg pants. Best for larger breasts. Better than T shirt look. Your shoulders are squared in this type of shirt. Tees - shoulders more rounded. Also structured jackets work in same way.
Best short skirt outfit - beige, orange trim w high pretty suede boots

Hi Nada, I feel for you re: big boobies, I had them all my life from age 12 and was so self-conscious, but menopause has reduced them to cute small boobs that I love (finally!), I can sport androgynous looks for the first time ever. My issue is the huge tummy (I look pregnant even though the rest of my body is slim). It's embarrassing and I am revising what I eat as, since becoming vegan 4 years ago, there's more "fibre in transit" which also absorbs a lot of fluids. I'm determined to have a flatter tummy in 2025, a big tummy screams "menopausal woman" and makes you feel so awkward and old, clothes don't hang well, I guess we all have our body issues.
