The funny thing is that I recognized the red flags very early on and even blocked this person twice in the beginning stages. Like a dumba** I accepted this person back into my life thinking that maybe I was being too hard and now im paying the price for it. I fell for this person but looking back I'm not sure if it was the person that I wanted more or if it was just the idea of being with someone right now. It hurts like hell but I know that l'll look back soon laugh and ask myself what in the hell was I thinking. Update: I got closure and now I'm moving on

I was ghosted 3 months ago by a friend that I confessed my feelings for. I recently saw her at an sporting event that we were both working. She walked up to me, hugged me, asked me how I'd been and all I said was "fine". She then walked past me 3 times that evening and put her head down each time as she past by. I didn't say a word to her but I wish I would have spoken to her. I don't think I'll ever hear from her again and that makes me sad.
i had a best friend for 2 years and he has ghosted me for a half a year now. I think because he moved out, changed his job and wants to "forget his old life". He doesn't reply me anything. I got mixed signals. My friend told me how much he loves and cares for me on my birthday. He disappeared and I confronted him about it. Asked if I did something. He told me I didn't do anything and that he has problems he has to work out himself and doesn't want to talk about it like I do. It's been 3 to 4 months. He lives on other side of country but we've always stayed in contact. I sent him the lyrics where'd ya go miss ya so. But nothing. A big part of me wants to tell him off. I dont know what to do I'm deeply hurt not hearing from him.

Just found out that I got ghosted for the first time last night. I've been with this coward for some years. Before I got with him. I was in a relationship. This coward would hit my dms semi-annualy for 7 years during that relationship. I gave him a chance thinking that he was the one that got away. His parents passed away and he totally changed. I was there for him while everyone else gave up on him. We were together last week and everything was fine. I called him last night only to find out that I am blocked. After a few un responses from calls or text, delete their contact information and walk away. This shows more strength and maturity for a man than asking why. Had a recent great in-person date, followed by phone calls and “normal” texting for a few weeks. After a phone conversation he texted was “awesome”, I texted him back. He responded FIVE DAYS later that he had an issue with his iPhone, hence no immediate contact. I gave him space when he didn’t respond but I won’t accept a FIVE DAY period of silence with THAT answer. Apple doesn’t keep phones for FIVE days.
