Thanks so much! I really appreciate it! I would say generally speaking when anyone is excited and highly interested in spending time or conversing with someone, we tend to never want to give the other person any impression that we’re not interested and especially won’t make them wait, cancel plans, or not text back. I would assume that they aren’t interested.
