This is a movie I can’t wait to watch
I saw this film today and really enjoyed it. I am not a golf fan, but this is a great story! Congrats to everyone involved in making this film. It is worth the price of a ticket and deserves to be seen on the big screen.

I missed this movie...I forgot about it and didn't go watch it. I wish I had because we gotta support Mexcian/Latinos movies so that they keep making them. I believe this movie didn't do well in theaters.

Good movie, just watched it last night. However, the wardrobe person should have known better than to let Mr Pena (Jay Hernandez) wear modern ADIDAS golf shoes that were really out of place...

If you're going to put golfers in atleast let them learn how to swing a club. And the scene where they hit the car. Dude was swinging lefty and whiffed then other guy says "let me show you how its done" and proceeds to hit right handed with the same club. Like c'mon real golfers pick up on these things.

Another movie of overcoming the mean white man… I know that’s not the whole story, but it’s definitely a big part of it….. it’s just tiring how we’re always looking back instead of seeing how far we’ve come.. I don’t want to be held accountable for what my ancestors did nor should I be… I’m my own person who should be judged on my own actions… works both ways.. blacks don’t want to be viewed as criminals or thugs.. nope , can’t do that.. that’s stereotyping.. well you can’t have it both ways sorry…
I understand what you are saying. But attitudes like this keep us from moving forward. Nobody likes to be stereotyped, not all white people come from privilege i think anyone who isn’t in a bubble know that. But an attitude like that only hurts people still being put down by racial barriers all across this country. It’s a big country and there’s a lot of people who are being hurt by ideas like white supremacy. Everyone has to be judged by their character not their race. But when a social order has been put in place for so long it becomes a problem, one we are fixing now. Now you could victimize yourself and create more hate or get on a high horse and realize that a racist man in a movie isn’t a representation of you, and there is no guilt to be felt about it if you are not the perpetrator.
Well it is a true story, so more like history. What’s so bad about these small group of guys that got very little, if any, recognition for their accomplishments. I’ve honestly never heard of em until these previews came out. I’m interested in watching the movie and hearing about their story. Doesn’t matter to me if they’re Mexican, Caucasian, Asian, etc. I mean, i liked watching the movie Rudy too, so what’s wrong with this movie? Similar theme of overcoming overwhelming odds
