I hope you enjoyed this workout today!! Next up in the series is going to be a back & biceps workout. I've suggested hitting the next workout after a rest day tomorrow, however if you feel suitably recovered then smashing the next workout tomorrow is also fine as we're training different muscle groups. If you're feeling particularly savage and you're an experienced kettlebell enthusiast then you can also go straight into the next workout after completing this one! I would suggest properly rest and recovery for the target muscle groups before completing the same workout again. If you're feeling sore then go for some yoga, stretching or cardio and push back the strength training of the sore muscles another day 👊
I’m in the USA in Las Vegas, NV. My daughters are playing in the living room while I’m working out in the kitchen. Thank you for the great workout Samuel!
been doing your total body 25 minute kettlebell workout (The one you did outside in the park). I definitely felt my arms/tris/shoulders burnout at various stages in this one!
Yeah you can definitely feel the difference when the whole workout is targeted at a specific muscle group right! Both have their applications and the full body workouts are great for when you’re strapped for time and want to work the whole body. For muscle growth though I believe it’s more beneficial to train different muscle groups to failure and set each day/workout for each muscle group. Hope you liked the workout today 👊⚡️
Greetings from Alaska. Man this workout was much more difficult than the seated kettlebell series. I'm assuming because the pushups workout multiple muscles.
Exactly. By doing the exercises standing instead of seated you generally need to engage more stabilising muscles. Both have their advantages and it’s good to mix it up if you’re able to. Thanks for the support! 👊⚡️🙏
