    How is the sizing on Taylor Stitch?
    I really love my Gustin heavyweight's but i dont wanna wait around til their next campaign 🤣 they run small so i actually wear a Large but usually a medium with everyone else!
    Please and thanks 🙏🙏🙏

      well first, I find their sizing charts to be very accurate. So if you are curious about size, measure your best-sitting shirt and compare the sizes to their charts. In my experience, their knit shirts can vary a bit. Sometime my usual size fits perfectly, other times it's too small. But even with the variance, they still do a great job with the measurement chart. So I definitely recommend looking at the chart for each shirt you are interested in.
      For me, I'm 6'1" and about 175lbs. I wear a size medium in your everyday t-shirt from a department store, and I usually get a size 38. This usually fits great. But the Cotton Hemp Tee and the Merino Base Tee I have to order a size 40.
      I hope that helps!

    No review is complete without looking at the Outlier Ultrafine T-Shirt. It’s a heavy merino fabric. Amazing stuff.

    I have some shirts from Public Rec, definitely pricey but the material and the construction is top notch. The stitching is perfect, no strings hanging or anything of that nature that you need to trim when you buy it. I like the fancy letter P on the back of the shirt too. Nice stuff I just hate spending $50+ for a t shirt lol.

    Great suggestions! I totally agree about the bizarre Gustin sizing. I’ve had to return almost everything I’ve waited to receive from them.

      Yeah. :( I've returned several things for the same reasons. I have a couple of their button-down shirts too, and I find that they fit better, but still strange. On the other hand, their pants fit me great. 🤷‍♂️

      @@BeastMadeReviews I've been very happy with the workshirt fits. They are actually the first shirt I've worn that perfectly lines around my wrist instead of being too short.

    Uniqlo supima cotton crew

    • @drunkenmonkey1887
      @drunkenmonkey1887 4 года назад

      I was hoping not to be that guy but I'll happily be that guy with someone else. These days, it's hard to talk about quality tshirts without including Uniqlo's Supima offerings. One thing that you will either like or hate, is that they do also adjust the cutting depending on feedback and/or seasonal fashions. This year's sleeves for instance, are a little wider and the body itself is a little looser than last year. What stands out the most is that they aren't that much more expensive than other mass market fashion store brands. H&M and Zara for instance have nothing that Compares. Sticking with H&M for a moment: their sister brand Arket have a Heavyweight cotton T that is much better than H&M but we're talking about 3x the price of the Uniqlo Supima.

    • @BeastMadeReviews
      @BeastMadeReviews  4 года назад

      I definitely need to look more at Uniqlo. They've always been on my radar, but I usually forget about them when preparing for a review. Thank you both!

    • @drunkenmonkey1887
      @drunkenmonkey1887 4 года назад

      @@BeastMadeReviews but it would be amiss not to point out that their manufacturing is India and I can't remember the other (Vietnam?) for their Supima Tshirts. For some that might be relevant/important.
      I try to support local where I can but a similar Tshirt, made from similar extra long staple cotton, that is made in England is about £70 from Sunspel. Granted that Sunspel are a luxury/premium brand so that'll factor into the price but even without the "luxury tax", it's still much more that the £10 that Uniqlo ask for theirs.

    Sorry, but most of these aren't flattering for you so the cost doesn't seem justified

    • @BeastMadeReviews

      I think a few of these are flattering for me. But fit is different from person to person. You can always get something altered if you want a perfect fit.

    My all time favorite best ever T shirt have been Kirkland brand 100% supima. They last for years and are excellent quality. Usually limited to only black, grey and blue. These are sold indiviually and are differnet then the 6-pack under shirts. I own several Gustin but for T shirts I'm not impressed with
    Gustin. I love Gustin Jeans and button shirts. In general any T shirt made in Peru will typically have amazing quality cotton.
