I've been to Russia. The men wear tracksuits and the women are usually in drab plain clothes with awful shoes. Clearly you assume that all of the Russians must look incredible just because the wealthy people do.

Might have been relevant if I was American, however I'm from Britain.
Russian's are probably the least stylish people in the world along with the Germans.
And I'm pretty sure London and New York are seen to be inspirations to fashion

Germans are known for their awful sense of fashion around the world. Even their historic sense of style is awful.
