I feel this is a story of the past. If we get a new lore dump, I think these cards would expand on the origins of the Infernoids and show Lancea being split into the three Ice Barrier dragons. Perhaps Lancea, and by proxy the three dragons, were originally Infernoids?
Interestingly, the Infernoid Link seemingly calls back to something from the Japanese Text of Qliphort Monolith Namely, in it you can read : "GOD IS ANGRY WITH YOUR DOING AND WANTS TO BRING THE FIRE FLOOD"

I love that all the other tribes jumped ship when they realized how popular ice barrier was. Can't wait to see a Flamvell Ice Barrier just for how absurd that sounds.
I think the Void Flood card is a lore hint that the new Link was created when the Ice Barriers sealed a couple Infernoids away in ice and thanks to Evil feasting on the fallen Infernoids, his heat melted the seal and released a new abomination from the depths
Revealer can summon the new Level 2 from the deck which in turn gives the deck a one card combo line that is disgusting. One spell/trap per turn, discard to activate monster effects, nasty floats, quick effect banishment, and no monster effects in grave. Or other floodgates depending on matchups.
Or if you want to play low to the ground you could use Revealer to summon the new level 6 tuner from the deck and go directly into the synchro 10. If you happened to have a level 5 or lower ice barrier monsters to discard for Revealer you can use the level 6 to extend into that too. There's also potential to get around the Water Synchro lock with the Level 4 Crystron synchro monster. By Ice Barrier standards these cards seem shockingly playable.
Ooooh we love more lore! Also, love that 3rd effect on the trap. It's neat way to add that archetypal lock w/o being TOO restrictive Also, Duel Terminal Lore, potentially tying into the animes various "duel monster spirit world" lore and all that, Dream scenarios. Let's go, just link it all up
The Georgius, Swordsmaster and the Mirror Magic of the Ice barrier feels like how the tribe of both Mist Valley (Georgius) and Gishki (Mirror Magic) started before the Ice thawed by the battle of Lancea and Infernoid and leave the Ice Barrier and live in their respective region. The one in trap Idk whose tribe it started or maybe he just continue the legacy of the Ice barriers that's why Ice barrier still alive in the next generation (Worm Invasion).
Georgios is the classical name for Saint George. He was a renowned dragon slayer and the wielder of the holy sword Ascalon. Wasn't there a dragunity named after Ascalon?

I havent read up into duel terminal lore, but i was under the impression that there was some relation between mist valley(winged-beasts), dragunity(winged beasts that ride dragons and live in the dragon ravine which i assume is a part of the mist valley) and ice barrier(dragunity and ice barrier dragons are named after weapons). Maybe wayne was originally an ice barrier then became an x-saber? He was released alongside a younger(?) Noella?😂
The color scheme and blue flames of the new Infernoids reminds me of Avida, Rebuilder of Worlds. It could be tying back to how the real life Avida software was inspired by Tierra, and now it's coming full circle with a Tierra inspired by Avida. Given how parts of the World Legacy lore seem inspired by Xenoblade, maybe they're retroactively extending that to Duel Terminal as well? Since Evil is a Fusion, parts of its design looks it bits and pieces of the individual Infernoids put together. It's the... wings/shoulders that feel like they're specifically drawn from something that isn't an Infernoid, but I can't place it. Someone on Yugipedia also suggested that Infernoid Flood could be a reference to Qliphort Monolith's flavor text saying "God is angry on your doing and want to bring fire flood."
I love LORE, and would love for nova to continue on the Duel Terminal Lore videos, he stopped after the 3 ice dragons were released, and Noelia escaped to the Gustos with her children and Natalia's child. I really would love for Nova to continue the story explaining everything from Gishki, Nekroz, lswarm, Infernoid, Gusto, etc etc
I don't think that Mirror is Geomancer but rather a younger Prior. his stats, level, and the clothes he wears are pretty much one to one with Prior of the Ice Barrier. This would make sense if this is meant to be a prequel story to the main story of Duel Terminal, following Prior's adventures in sealing the ice barriers. Also, Georgius is likely meant to be in reference to Saint George the Dragon Slayer. So this would line up if the story is Georgius and Mirror working together to seal the Ice Barriers, which makes sense since Georgius plus the tokens can make Trishula rather than just Mirror on his own.

Tierra, source of destruction is Infernoid Tierra(all infernoid monsters)+all qli monsters (or at least Tower)+darktellar knight Batlamyus(part of el shaddoll construct/gem knight lazuli+stellar knight Ptolemaeus).
So, correct me if I'm wrong, but Lancea summoning either General Raiho or Medium of the Ice Barrier out would be pretty backbreaking against certain decks, right? (For reference, Raiho forces your opponent to discard a card every time they want to activate a monster effect on the field or it's negated, while Medium makes it so your opponent can only activate one spell/trap per turn.) Normally, those two are a bit cumbersome with their level, but pulling either out of the deck (or hand if you must) would cause some decks truly serious problems.

I think that a Ice Dragon that has melted could/would become a Seaserpent, or, as i believe they are called in Japan, a Seadragon. So, if Konami ever has the Guts to give that Type a Proper Archetype, your Loregoblinbrain might get a Treat regarding that Timeline theory you mentioned
So, from what we can gathered this part of the story is definitely a prequel to duel terminal with Lancea being the "ancestor" of the ice dragons. If i was to summarize the story from what i have seen it will be: Tierra tried to burn everything in a flood of flame for whatever reason. Lancea the ancestor of ice barrier dragon either freeze Tierra and juat don't stop and ended up freezing the planet. Or maybe they're deliberately freezing the entire planet to protect it from the Flood/Tierra's fire. (ice barrier legend saying "these dragons freeze the planet over in ancient times" was actually referring to a single dragon) i think they actually is trying to preserve the planet, making a trinity completely mirroring Hindu trimurti. Shiva the destroyer(Tierra), Brahma the creator(Shopia), and Visnu the preserver(Lancea). The ice barriers, is perhaps just a bunch of people that live in this frozen planet trying(and eventually succeeded) to seal the dragon so their power got weakened and the planet no longer frozen. This still leaves how Tierra got split and sealed under the three tho.
Pretty sure Wayne was an X-saber turned Ice Barrier since the X-saber were a part of the battle against the Worms, the previous storyline of Duel Terminal. I guess Like Wayne, Mist Valley Falcon got reborned by Sophia into an Ice Barrier.
Honestly thought that these cards were kinda preludes tho their respective archetypes like the ice barrier support describes that tribes founders and the infernoid support shows the origin which is evil quite literally breathing life into the others in blaze up
I will ALWAYS appreciate more Duel Terminal. I just hope that with us getting support for Ice Barriers and Infernoids that we will get support for some of the Duel Terminal archetypes that desperately need it (Worms, Genex, Flamvell, etc.)
I think of flood as the thawed spirits of the ice barrier as in the the dead spirits of gen1 because trishula is simply that powerful lore wise to trap even the soul in ice.
Im hyped for the new ice barrier stuff. Its still my all time favorite deck in Yugioh together with Dragunity. And damn georgius is insane. Opens up almost free rank 10 synchro summons and is an Archetype specific necrovalley. Thats freaking good man. Also Mirror Magic Master just goes to Level 8 Synchros by himself with the tokens but who cares? there are those abominations called Kristrons that are water typing ^^
All I want is Mist Valley support What happened to there descendants? And can we get some duo element archetypes or cards who's name count as older archetypes. Old cards dont need complete retrains, just tweaks
Infernoid floods looks like the evolution of infernoid evil after it consumes the energy of other infernoids on void blaze up. I would say that probably some third party tried to recriated the infernoids and so the evil is born.
The final card to be revealed: “Special Summon 1 Fallen of Albaz or 1 Visas Starfrost from your hand, deck or GY.” Because let’s tie those 2 storylines in as well because why the hell not.

you can use winds over the ice barrier to summon 3 guys from deck with the level 2 tuner
The infernoid fusion kinda looks like that thing in the card el shadoll winda. It's not a one to one, but that's what I thought of when I saw it.
