You are adorable and so humble. Great recipe! I make frittatas and quiche all the time. I throw in everything but the kitchen sink. Your recipe combination is fantastic. Thanks!!
for bottle opening, turn it upside down, and give the bottom a good rap or two with your fist while holding with your other hand. it breaks the seal, and opens easily.
Does finishing a frittata in the oven really give a noticeable advantage over just lowering the heat a little and putting a lid on the pan? It works fine, and a lot less hassle...
I’m sure she’s a lovely person and I can’t explain it but I hate the setting for her segments. It seems rushed and unsettling. Not a fan of seeing people prepare food while holding animals or having them in the kitchen. Too painful to watch so I skip her segments
That is the whole point of this series, Amanda Messes Up In the Kitchen. The company founder (Amanda Hesser) learning videography skills, doing a casual meal prep at home in casual clothing and sampling a beer, with family members occasionally wandering in and piping up (yes, occasionally including a cute dog). If you prefer a more polished episode, then why are you watching it? Just skip leaving a gripey comment and move on.
@@readyplayer2 You are so kind. Some people are just mean. This commenter needs to move one. Today was the first time I ever watched Amanda and I loved the reality of it. I have a 'pretend cooking show' in my kitchen and talk to a pretend camera as if I'm being recorded. 🤣😅

So delicious. Made two of them at this point. I feel so accomplished!!
I also like a frittata! Eggs, spinach, artichokes, and cheese…yum!!!
Mmm ... beer and frittata. What a great pairing.
Looks great, love the sloth t-shirt!
Love your videos ❤❤

You can also just beat the lid with a heavy spoon. No risk of glass breaking or gouging yourself with a wine opener lol
Yummy 🤤
Common sense would say just use the whole package for a greener frittata. It ended up looking a bit light on spinach.

I really appreciated the lack of background music on this video!
I've never eaten a frittata... looks like an omelette.. 😂😂
I don’t like frittata

I'm curious why you watch if you 'hate the setting for her segments'?
