    I’m thinking of using the filling in the mini cupcakes for my valentines party, your thoughts on doing that in the minis?

      Minis are harder because you have to be more careful that they don’t fall apart when you make the hole but it is doable.

    I'm using this to add to espresso cupcakes... It isn't in the original recipe but I decided that the cupcakes needed a little extra something. Yk? But I am confident that this recipe will help. Thanks!

      Did you add in the cornstarch mixture while it was boiling and whisk quickly while boiling for a few minutes? Then let it set until it comes to room temperature

      I quickly figured out I had to add the cornstarch and let it boil...😅
