I reflected on that yesterday on a day hike in the woods. I had absolutely nothing to fear. Except maybe falling down a cliff or running into a bear or wild boar.
I felt unease right away when i came back to the city.
@@tenettttt I understand you. Last Monday I came back from a five-week solo expedition in a lot of snow, with snowshoes and a sled I pulled. Lets just say I don't love the city more than I used to!

What a beautiful back country ski and over night in a hut. Nice huts they give you there. Loved swooshing down the hill, especially through the trees. A little crusty at the top....Nice Maneuvering. Nothing like the quiet peacefulness of winter.

A great hike in the winter forest. Beautiful views of Reivo. Super relax in nature and of course with coffee. There is no snow with us near Rzeszów.

The wind whispering in the trees is music to the ears. Ice forming like a Busby on the tree tops. Awesome shots of magical sunsets and sunrises and snow white clouds coming down to join the ground snow. Last time I did it, I ended up under 6" of fresh snow. Nice and toasty. :)

A present break in everything that's happening over here.( Florida ).. 93 degrees ( F ) today and self quarantined inside by the pandemic. Thanks to your video I got to go winter wounder land camping and snow skiing. Just proves there still is some sanity left in these insane times.

I have the fan on and a window open here in Lisboa, Portugal...trying to get the same of effects as up there in good Ole Sweden...not even close...however my girlfriend from Brasil keeps screaming...it's Muito Frio! Beautiful and peaceful...Obrigado!
When you realise social distancing is already one of your hobbies.. Absolutely beautiful, thank you! Can you explain a bit more the plastic bag in between socks? And aswell the kind of skis and shoes you are using please, looks pretty adapted to mountaineering too?!
:) Yes they say I'm an expert on social distancing.. lol Thanks. The plastic is to keep the boots dry from moisture and sweat from the feet. Boots are hard to dry on longer trips, even with a fire. This works really well. The inner socks are of course soaked after a day, but very easy to dry. I made a video about the skis and boots here ruclips.net/video/z7_GMnHZ87U/видео.html

1: Chris Bamman, small boat, spearfishing, camping and 4wd.
2: Chris Rishworth, off road trails, Xc skiing and camping, all on a push bike!
Similar styles to Erik, but still great stuff. I don't like people either, so any recommendations for other solo outdoor adventure films would be warmly welcomed, just leave a reply.

If possible, I would replace the foot bags with Goretex socks, which can breathe out moisture. Better still, gaiters can keep deep snow and dew from getting in your boots in the first place. Plastic just traps moisture both in and out, which can lead to trench foot (foot-rot) and freezing. Moist skin is also more prone to blisters...
