Suggestion, cover the entrance doorway to retain heat in the shelter. Use newspaper for bed to insulate. 1. Place mat or mattress direct on the bottom. 2. Place 2 or more layers of newspaper on top of mat.3. Then place sleeping bag on top of newspaper. I really enjoyed your experience. God bless.

Very nice video. Extremely calming and relaxing. What I like most of all is the silence. I watch these to get away from hearing people talk and the fact that you do everything so quietly makes it all the more enticing. Silence is music to my ears!

I like the locations. I like the effort that goes in as well. As for the food, I wish it was a surreal comedy, where I could break the fourth wall, put my hand through the screen and grab it! 😂😂
He cooked one thing: sausages. Everything else was out of a bag or package: cider, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee. He used to give thanks for the food, but I guess that's over now.
I am not a camper but I enjoy watching what you do and how to survive. How to set up - I think your fireplace / cooker is terrific. Stay well and enjoy. Thanks for showing me how fun camping can be.

There are times when I really want to go camping. I don't know why, but I want to camp. Just build a tent, start a fire, make food, eat. I sleep when I'm done. That's all.
Winter is great. If you dig a hole like this, you don't even need a tent.🙂🙂🙂😊😊😊

Это по настоящему отважный поступок. Парень сам в зимнем лесу создал тёплое жильё. Я ночевал в лесу в - 17 и это было очень страшно. Успехов тебе храбрый путник.

Your survival camping is full of skill hard work and strength.. it’s unbelievable that you dug the ice snow and make your camp liveable and so perfect and calming.. I just love the way you do up everything and then cook your meals and eat.. so nicely you manage from putting the camp to cutting the wood.. so complete.. thanks for bringing to us this wonderful survival camping video it’s a lot to learn from you.. lots of appreciation from India

Thanks! Yeah, it was a lot of work. I was so happy to have that secret stash of firewood from a couple months ago! You can't tell on the video but it was midnight by the time I got a fire going. I started really late on this trip 😅

Awesome shelter nate! Been waiting for you to create something like this. Sure it took a lot of work and effort to make. You did a really good job! I remember over a year ago maybe.. In one of your adventures you made something like this.. when you walk into it at the end you had a open fire going inside. And your tent setup separately. it was really awesome. you're very creative. Maybe one day you can do the cabin thing. and you can talk a little bit that would be awesome! Good job Nate!
