Thanks for this review, I got one of these neck massagers from Amazon. I have neck pain from poor posture so I thought I really needed it. I have not been disappointed. I love the fact that it has heat while it massages. As soon as I finish this comment, I’ll go use it. By the way, I found that putting my right arm in the left hand sleeve, and my left arm in the right-hand sleeve, is better for me because then, I have more control over the pressure of the device on my neck. Plus, the straps don’t keep falling of.
