Thanks for this review, I got one of these neck massagers from Amazon. I have neck pain from poor posture so I thought I really needed it. I have not been disappointed. I love the fact that it has heat while it massages. As soon as I finish this comment, I’ll go use it. By the way, I found that putting my right arm in the left hand sleeve, and my left arm in the right-hand sleeve, is better for me because then, I have more control over the pressure of the device on my neck. Plus, the straps don’t keep falling of.

You can lie down and put it under your calves, thighs etc. Ladies can put it in the heat setting for tummy cramps (if you get me). Lie down and place under arms. I even put it on my head. Why not? Oh and lastly, lie down and put your feet, back of ankle on it. Rotate feet, spread toes to get them knobs working in that area, on arch of foot and sides. Use your imagination and get more out of it than it’s intended for.

It doesn’t charge it only works plugged in to a charger
