Kapustin is beyond the scope of most classical lovers and most jazz lovers don't know who he is. Perhaps in death, Kapustin will find his audience and American orchestras and American pianists will start playing his music. Right now, Kapustin is an unknown quantity and something is definitely wrong here! He is a genius waiting to be discovered.

Thank u for this camera angle. I was always struggling with those final repeated 7th chords but this video showed me stop overthinking them and just PLAY them -its two quick pulses, no need for unnecessary wrist movements, now i can play them so much easier
Outstanding performance, probably my favourite interpretation of this piece on RUclips. I do agree with a previous comment that expressed a preference for a brighter sound. Took a while for me to get used to but there's no doubting the exceptional technique and musicianship on display here. Bravo!
I think the melody note at 0:08 should be a E natural rather than Eb. I presume the dorian color of this note is what the composer wants and it sounds very different when you change it.
