In r15 v3 2019, odometer reading 72000, I've used many oils including motul 7100, castrol power 1 ultimate, yamalube sporty premium, mobil 1 racing, liqui moly street race, petronas sprinta f900, motul 300v, and many more. The BEST oil till now I've found is Motul 7100, period. Every other oil lasted 4000kms max before becoming unusable but with motul 7100 it lasts 6000kms with ease, ans retains it's pinkish colour and viscosity.
For longetivity and performance: Motul 7100
For smoother running engine: Castrol power 1 ultimate
For even more performance: Motul 300v but it lasts 1500kms max as it's detergents and additives are zero after that.

Most of the companies didn't cover warranty if you change another engine oil which is not from their side.
Good example is Bajaj
Company will reject your warranty claim by pointing put this. So be aware before going to another engine oils

I use Suzuki gixxer 155 2017 model. It has an engine oil capacity of 850ml only 😢. And i use motul 7100 10w-30 fully synthetic engine oil but it burns up really fast in 2000km or 4,5months . The performance, smoothness, mileage is good but it still doesn't feel right for gixxer because the engine heats up a bit in traffic and the bike sounds gruff after 4,5months. It needs a top-up after sometime. And its only good for city use . Hence I am planning to go for Castrol power 1 ultimate 10w-40 grade fully synthetic engine oil now . I heard from many people, even my mechanic and many youtube videos also that Castrol power 1 10w-40 is better for Gixxer or fz16 since the oil viscosity is thick and better suited for city and highway use in indian conditions 😅. The recommended engine oil grade for Suzuki gixxer 155 is 10w-40. That's why I am asking should i go for it? How many kilometres or months should i have for engine oil changing interval?
What is the cost of Castrol power 1 10w-40 fully synthetic engine oil? And is it 1ltr just like you showed here?
Its also a good engine oil you can use it ....it is cheaper than motul 7100

@@leven4647 well I recently bought the used gixxer 155 as my first bike and I didn't know it at first . But now since I know about it , I am correcting my mistake.

Yes castrol power 1 ultimate is a good engine oil you can use grade 10w40 in your MT15 .Replace the engine oil after 4000-5000km for better performance.
Probably like 4 to 5k kms. But do check the oil level aftr 3k kms
