I have been binging on your videos. I love them! I took a meditation class in college, which was first thing in the morning. I found that it did make a difference with how the rest of my day went. I noticed it especially during finals.

I’m glad you brought up cleaning your mouth right away before drinking water.... or eating. Ridding your mouth of bacteria prevents them from traveling into your gut AND when you have the fruit, there won’t be any germs to process it locally .... no germs = no acid = less risk for decay :)

Thank you for sharing your morning routine. How long does it take in total, from wake up thru showering/being ready for the day & including all of the activities that you mentioned? What times do you wake up & go to bed generally? How do you prep in the evening or what's your nightly routine?
Katarina S. I think she wakes up around 7-8am,but have no idea when she goes to sleep at night.Her morning routine takes about 2-3h.This isn’t for people with kids and 9-5 jobs.

My burning question, is when do you go to work? Lol I leave at 5am, and I don't have time to go sweat at the gym and then shower and get clean to go to work, let alonr meditate and write notes. I'm just genuinely curious if you go "into the office" every day. You have a super positive lifestyle and it's encouraging, I just wonder how realistic it is.

One of my favorite videos from you Mona joon! I have a burning question, do you wash your face and re-apply your skincare after you workout? My biggest hesitation in starting to workout is that I don't know how to incorporate it into my skincare routine
Sheila Akbari I’m so glad you enjoyed! Ok so - if i workout early, i just rinse my face with water and apply a hydrating Serum and sunscreen. Then i do my full routine after. It gets tricky depending on what time of day :)

Hi Dr. Mona, Thank you so much for sharing your morning routine. I learned a lot from it. I noticed you have breakfast in the mornings, and I just started intermittent fasting (I break my fast at 12pm). What is more beneficial for a person who is trying to lose weight. Fasting or having breakfast?

I consume ACV water 30 mins before every meal, daily. Lately I have been reading about ACV water + garcinia cambogia. I would like to know your thoughts on it. Thank you in advance.
Garcinia cambogia is a great appetite suppressant. I only took it for a few days. I would be getting ready for bed and realize I hadn't consumed a single calorie all day and STILL wasn't hungry. I was too busy during the day, so it made me forget to eat completely. That scared me, so I stopped taking it. If you're looking to control your appetite, I'd highly recommend it.

Good Morning Dr Mona.I just watch again your morning routine,and I prety much do everything you do.I agree with you on how important is to keep yourself nice and clean.I do have ONE thing I do defferent before I do my cardio and that is my coffee...Iam Venezuelan/Italian We LOVE coffee.It is the ONLY CUP OF COFFEE I HAVE during the day.It is organic coffee and I use almond milk.What is your opinion on that? Sometimes I drink MATCHA TEA or CHIA tea there both have cafeine but it is less acid..sometimes Ibjust have my green smothie .I ALWAYS have my warm lemon water with vinager and cayene...looking forward to hear your opinion on this COFFEE THING..Thank you

Please! Deae can you make a video on hand care. To have same color tone for your Face and hands. Do your hand color ever changed in comparison to your face and feet.
And what precautions you take specially for summer to keep your hands and face color tone same.
My hands and feet tend to go darker then my face and my skin wasn't doing this until I have moved into 40.

I love all your videos, I liked them ALL almost because they have a lot of good information. 💕Just that this routine seems a little unrealistic, this is something an average person would find really hard to do, maybe in the weekned...but that's it, not everyday!!

I get why a morning workout is great, but for me there's definitely no time in the morning to work out. Although I should probably mention that I like to start my work day at 7:30.

Just wondering do you have a regular work schedule. I am a wife and mother of a 25-year-old girl and 21-year-old boy/girl twins. I am a special needs middle school teacher, I run morning and aftercare programs, as a result, I'm at work about 12 hours per day. I try to incorporate as much health into my life as I can, not perfect but I do better than most. I am 59 and most times people are shocked when I tell them my age they usually think I'm much younger. Just wondering what you do other than post videos. Thanks for info. I'm up between 4:30 and 4:45 leave the house about 7 a.m. In that time I do lite workout, prayer, walk the dog, listen to self-help videos like yours, and get self-ready for work. Before I leave I make sure house is up to start their day.

I find that working out in the morning is exhausting, and puts too much stress on the body especially if you deal with stress and fatigue , it’s different for every one .. but i do yoga 🧘🏽♀️

Dr. Mona Vand so, what I suppose I’m asking is what exactly your meditation sessions entail. It would amazing if you could outline the process, or give a tutorial of sorts- just walking us threw the steps and various methods you take.

Phoenix Wiseman easily! By simply walking usthrough the steps she takes during her meditation. One doesn’t have to be an expert at something to give a tutorial. RUclips is a prime example of that, haha
Are bananas good for you particularly for weight loss? Is it okay to eat 1 banana in the am?
