Pushing the videos out Ryan. So far this heating session I have changed out 3 igniters on Tranes. I have been using the Supco igniter for them since I can get those from United. Good stuff man. Thanks for the video.
I've been in resi for about 3 years. Any tips on getting into a commercial gig? I assume I'd have to apply as an entry level apprentice type deal even with the few years of experience I have. I'm really burned out and debated leaving the trade all together, but maybe it's just the residential scene that i'm sick of. 😕
Get to know the counter guys at the supply houses pass the word to them you're looking to move up. Also it might be a little awkward but talk to techs you see or know at the supply houses, hang in there don't give up.
That part of the system is completely inactive during the heating operation. If it were a heat pump the fan would be running except in defrost. This is a gas fired furnace.
Friggin snow misplace a tool and it's like bobbing for apples trying to find it after you stepped on it 10 times. Nice work
Been there! It's amazing how tools disappear in the snow.
Don't have that problem in Georgia, but I have lost a many in blown in attic insulation.
Good job 👍
Thanks 👍

I agree with @LeoLoder on this one
Random question. Why are the fan blades not running? Does the unit not need air like a normal condenser when heat is on?

Exactly what Sam said, thank you for the question
