Hello Oliver, Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to you and your family. I really appreciate all that you do to share your work via RUclips. I have learned heaps and I am now able to (mostly) take care of my own storm water and sewer drainage blockages as a result. I use a tiny little Karcher pressure washer with some hose and nozzles from Amazon. Takes much longer to cut through the roots as I only have about 1200psi but it's a bit of fun and very satisfying when I finally do get things flowing again.😀
yeah I asked Oliver about this a day or so ago -- I couldn't find the Thanks button either -- then it re-appeared, so he must have turned something ON again
Once again, your values are never compromised as you go the extra mile! "Pressure washing" the driveway is not part of the job, but you did it for this customer. Praise God for you and all of the other people who really care. Thank you! May the Lord pour out His blessings into your life in 2025 and always! Blessings from Alabama ❤️
I can’t believe that amount of roots. Did get worried about Ratty on occasion in case he got lost down the drain. A very successful conclusion. Well done Ollie and Ratty.
Nice job on those mega roots. I like what you’ve done on the inside of your new van. A place for everything and everything in its place. The beauty of your system is, only you know where everything is. I like your style.
I really appreciate customers who appreciate workers like the lady that brought you a nice glass of water and was helpful and considerate for those customers I go the extra mile although I go that extra mile anyway because some people need to know they're loved they've had a hard time and it can heal them
Hello Oliver. I live in the USA and you got me through the Covid stuff and I enjoy your videos. Corn. There is always corn. Baby rat and ratty are always fun and I love the message of Know Jesus Know Peace. God bless you and yours Oliver. You are truly a favorite. Happy new year and Merry Christmas.
Hi Ollie , I'm liking your longer videos, you can see just how much more than "just clearing drains". Have a very happy and healthy new year. Best regards Ken (UK)
Quite the job - especially those roots. Here's a much easier way to get rid of those roots. .. Years back I had to remove some overgrown lilac bushes that were over 10 feet high! The roots were huge. I ended up using a Milwaukee Sawzall with a coarse blade - 6 teeth per inch. I just pulled the trigger and let the saw work the blade into the ground and through the roots - very easy going. .. The blades are cheap - six blades for 10 USD (Masterforce brand). Bosch cordless reciprocating saw model CRS180B sells in US for 129 USD. .. Thanks for all the videos!
So satisfying watching you pressure wash the driveway. I remember you use to do that a lot when I started watching your videos. Keep up the good work. I’ve learned so much about drains and jetting. Happy New Years Ollie and 🐀, from Monterey, California.
This one was a bit of a mess but came out nice in the end. The tree roots getting that thick is something we haven't seen in a while. All good Ollie 👍🏻 God bless
Thanks for the video of Blocked drain cleaning Sydney AU awesome Ollie well done 👍❤❤. All good 👍. Take care of yourself and family and friends and be Blessed ❤️.
Looked like a porcupine takeover in there. 😂 You look like you’ve been weed eating wet grass there Ollie! You could surely use a mini handheld chainsaw and a tow rope that was insane, those were trunks growing! Cheers, that was literally some backbreaking work!!
Nice job Ollie, those were some big roots. You could use a cordless reciprocating saw with a Diablo carbide tooth saw blade. They work great especially cutting in the ground. Take care… John
I always get some extra pleasure watching the dirt just melt away with time. Excellent work as always and I bet I'll be coming back to watch this one again later.
Those pits were growing trees and plants. What a work out. Was nice to see the lady checking on you and giving you a glass of water. Always above and beyond. Was nice to see Ratty on the job as well. You make a great team. All good as always.
G'day Oliver. Greetings from a cold UK🥶. You gave that "bearded pit" a close shave (lol)! Those roots were quite large. The biggest I've seen for a while. Ratty diving into the mud again. He must love it! Have a great week. Safe unplugging.👍👍👍
@barbarawiddowson635 I think Ratty takes any chance he can get to have a mud bath beauty treatment. It relaxes him during a stressful day "supervising". 😉
Wow what a messy one! It is nice on a cold, snowy afternoon in Kentucky watching you work in Summer! Those were some massive roots. I thought you were going to need a chainsaw at one point. Great job and a great clean-up at the end. All Good 👍!
Wow 😳 this was more like Root Excavation than jetting Ollie. This job was huge haven’t seen one like this in a while. I hope this was your last job for the day. I hope your back gets to feeling better after this job. Have a Blessed day Oliver.
Crikey, that was some serious rootage, but you and ratty were the guys for the job. Hope you all had a great Christmas and new year.all the best for 25. All goooooood.👍
HI Ollie I like watching your videos before I go to bed then can watch the whole show when I'm being bothered by no one else see you in the next adventure 👍👍 God bless you Ollie and your family and friends 🙏
Wow some roots !!!! We have Melaleuca trees here in Florida from Australia when they are in bloom smells like mashed potatoes and butter. big job!!!! Cheers
Witch caps ! I like that ! Never heard it before. Here in the states it's either pylons or traffic cones . You learn something new each day with Ollie :)
You can't beat the mighty penetrator and the croc, for those tough roots, and of course the job being overseen by ratty. Happy New Year Ollie another top job!
This video is different from the usual ones !! I enjoyed and i had a nice cup of coffee at the end of the video. It should have better with an angle grinder to cut the massive roots than using the axe in a confined place...i thought to save your elbow-grease!!! All good at the end.
Loved the long video, but OH MY! 😲😲 I am not sure which was worse here. The roots, or the muck. I think, because of the size of the roots and their sheer number, they win! Just how many years had it been since the drains had been cleaned??!! When you were flushing them out it looked more like a toilet drain, not a storm drain. As usual, you went the extra mile, and ended up with a happy client and job well done. Thank you for the video! Stay safe! Blessings......
This has to be the largest root clearing and unblocking ever! Fantastic job, Ollie. I imagine if this was on the 'Uncut' channel, in terms of duration anyway, we would have had 'Drain Addict: The Movie'!
Ollie and a Block Drain. In the long to run in to a House a Trimming Hole with a great Grating. You will this Grating give on the Side, but the can fall. In the full Mud Hole. You must fishing the Grating before You can with Presswater the Drain clear. Much Work and a great Fight with Roots before the Drain is clear. Then Wash the long Way and the Road from much Mud. Great Work what You and Ratty Perfect make. Thanks for this interesting Video. 👍🐭
Ollie yet again proves he's a stand guy. Taking the time to clean the algae off the driveway! 10/10 Ollie! Also, some of the largest roots ive seen on the channel!
Well that was a bit of a mess. The only things that weren’t coming out of the drains were wipes, and corn. Happy New Year Ollie,… and the Rat. 👍all good.
Now, if only there was a multi tool hand held angle grinder available to dig out those big roots from the outlet/inlet pipes ... 🤔 a beauty day it was playing in the drains Ollie!!! 😊
G'day Oliver, that was a fun one...🤪 Fabulous Job as always I'm surprised you did not use you multi tool (Angle Ginder come digging tool) cut those roots around the pipes..🤔😜 There sure was a lot of Roots and Muck in that line, but no trouble for Drain Addict and Ratty.. 👍

So you were re-enacting Ollie, ay? Did you do the walk and the voice? "Blocked drain" LOL
Awesome that you gave Ollie the credits and donated :)
@@AquaPeet I need to borrow Ratty or Croc for a few days to make it more real

Man. I'm glad i went to the comments. I'm going to start giving thanks to him as well. His work is awesome.
yeah I asked Oliver about this a day or so ago -- I couldn't find the Thanks button either -- then it re-appeared, so he must have turned something ON again

Why would you give $50 to a guy that already charges easily over $100 per hour lmao
@officebear4637 are you saying the work and the entertainment provided is'nt worth the tip?

People all over the world were pulling those roots with you! Great job
I was.
👍👍
I was wishing you had a small pruning saw.
@@Stanley0844 I was shouting "angle grinder! angle grinder!" hahaha
We were all ROOTING for Ollie
Haha yeah, I thought I was the only one 😂
I kept calling for your angle grinder for the roots but you got it in the end. Good work. Thanks for the video.
That or a hack saw.
This was one of the most enjoyable Drain Addict videos I've seen in a long time.
I can’t believe that amount of roots. Did get worried about Ratty on occasion in case he got lost down the drain. A very successful conclusion. Well done Ollie and Ratty.
He is very faithful to locate ratty as a missing child & faithful to return him home
