Fried Black Eye Pea With Plantains

This black eye pea recipe is so delicious. I am not a big fan of black eye pea, I prefer Oloyin (Honey Beans) but when I tried this recipe, I could not resist cooking it over and over again. It's cost effective and very easy to prepare, you can pair with boiled yam, bread, gari (cassava flakes) and potatoes.
I served it with meat I had in the refrigerator. You can serve with fish , chicken or beef.
