The track is held together with bolts. Do not concern yourself with the old bolt, simply break one off and pull it out, pull the track apart and replace the bolt. This bolt by no means special, one a little longer will work. In fact, this is a wear item, replacing all of them will tighten the track. So, by having a dozen or so spare bolts, nuts and washers you will save yourself time and trouble.
