Using Adobe Acrobat to Find the Square Footage of a Floor Plan

Using Adobe Acrobat Professional we can calculate the square footage of a floor plan once the scale of the floor plan has been set.

I just find that the line weights of the drawing affects the measurement. Do you have other solutions to get the near measurement?

We use Bluebeam Revue to measure accurately for our clients. It works great.

Jennifer this is very helpful. I just bought a business that requires bidding - and I often need to know square footage and linear feet. Is this also able to provide linear feet? Also, after seeing this, I searched for how I purchase the Adobe Professional. I came across 'Adobe Acrobat Professional DC Student Teacher Edition (Windows), Download Version. Would you know if this is the best way to get what you have shown us?
