You are welcome to work with glue down so long as your contractor can test the slab, the slab is above grade and moisture mitigation has occurred (part of the testing required for the slab).
my kitchen has 2 of its walls at 11ft long (width) and its other 2 walls (depth) at 15ft. so upon entering it's 11ft left to right. and from the front kitchen entrance door to the wall facing you it's 15ft. what would be the square footage? i want to buy insulation for all 4 walls. it can't simply be 11x15 can it? i'm thinking it's 22x30=660sq ft

When adding up square footage for multiple spaces, should I solve each space and add their results or add up all the lengths and widths then solve? Cause you end up with different answers. I have a closet 8ft x 4ft, another closet 3ft x 2ft, and the room 21ft x 14ft. If you add the lengths and widths you get 32ft x 20ft which comes out to be 640 sqft. But if you solve each individually, you end up with 32sqft+6sqft+294sqft which comes out to be 332sqft.

Sure...everything goes down on wooden subfloor. Glue down require PLYWOOD subfloors (not OSB, not fibre board but real high end/priced plywood subfloor). Wakol D3540 Cork adhesive is the best option. Once the floor is installed it requires 2 coats of polyurethane to maintain warranty.

I know you add up the results for each but why does it almost double in sq footage? In my head I feel like it should work both ways.
