- We all know the classics when it comes to breakfast ingredients, we're talking bacon, eggs, and toast. Those ingredients are great but how about we take those classic ingredients, put them in a tortilla, and create the greatest burrito of all time - the Breakfast Burrito.

i feel like hes got a great kitchen setup where the tools used are very efficient. He also cooks all the time so he has fresh ingredients at his disposal :D

Well, the way I look at it, he gives me inspiration. Instead of making the tortillas the same day, I will plan and make them the day before. I don’t need to make the Pico because I will substitute it with my own fermented salsa which is delish and of course I will use regular bacon. So, I use his videos as a guide and inspiration. This is a pretty simple recipe..really and I think with my substitutions, it will be just as good or similarly good.🙂

@@PimpinPenguin96 ofc you meal prep this tho, you make like 10 at a time (making multiple isn't much longer than making 1) and then freeze it, fry it on the griddle the day you want to eat it (or just microwave it if you're omega lazy like me)

I grow my own vegetables and herbs😂 but the cold weather has been no bueno on a lot of them
I brought wheat to kindergarten show & tell and then to 1st grade show & tell & wowed them both times (same city kids). How was it possible that a city kid had fresh grown wheat for show & tell? Our maternal grandfather was a rancher & farmer. Best childhood vacations ever.

@@rihardsrozans6920 there's alot of places where it ain't normal. Seeing a guy another guy cooking other than Gordon Ramsey is pretty rare when it comes to normalizing a guy cook. It's kinda rare from where I am. Know I just cook for my wife cause I love it, I just love how men are normalizing it on social media and video platforms. It really shows alot.
So many things hand made with love meanwhile I'm like:

I use a bag of Jimmy Dean Breakfast Skillets, a dozen eggs and around a half pound of cheese to make four extra large burritos. I wrap in aluminum foil, put in the fridge and eat them in the car on the commute.
I also make Quiche style with mushroom/bacon/onion/spinach/Swiss using the precooked bacon bits from BJ Wholesale. I used frozen chopped spinach I thaw in water then firmly squeeze the water out before adding to the mix.
Nothing wrong with the video if you're making it on the weekends, but I'm already working and cooking dinner. I can make either mine in under 20 minutes if the spinach is thawed at about $2 each.

Used to be a Mexican cucina down the road that served the BEST breakfast burritos in the Universe. Called the “Gringo Burrito,” it was a large, homemade tortilla filled with hashed browns, ham, breakfast sausage, bacon, egg, and cheddar cheese. So so good and insanely huge for about $5, essentially feeding two people. I love Mexican food! Which makes me lucky that I live in Arizona and not Minnesota… 😁

I've just made the first burrito 🌯 and it was delicious!!! 😋 The only thing I changed was the bacon 🥓 (I used thinner sliced) and the type of cheese (I used a mixed blend) since its the only ones I had on hand. But the recipe was still 😃 great 👍 since to me the simple pico de gallo was the star ✨ of this dish. Thank you for sharing as always!!! The clearly thought out instructions were easy to follow, even for a newbie beginner cook like me.
