Beautiful watch, but it calls for female end links to help with fitment. In my opinion anyway.
I do think you could get a better drape
Really liking the dial color with that steel bezel. Nice looking chrono.
Glad to hear it, Bob! Thanks for stopping by👊
The original deep blue version is so much better. This lighter blue looks faded.
over 15mm thick,,, that is a show stopper for me
If i can get it used for less than 1k which is doable given grey market prices of 1400 for it, it will be a good buy.
Fair enough
@@TheCalibratedWrist Hamilton is supposed to be affordable. They're going the luxury route price-wise. That kinda puts me off.
What is your wrist size? And how does it feel on the wrist?
My wrist is 6.75" or 17.15mm. This is not a small watch, but it feels like it should. Athletic. Cheers!
If they really like to copy the Daytona, Hamilton needs to reduce the height and replace the ugly butterfly clasp.
Thanks for the feedback
Putting a butterfly clasp on a sports watch is generally a mistake. On a sports watch, you want a fast on-and-off clasp. The butterfly is not.
Beautiful watch thank you for sharing!
Much appreciated. Thanks for stopping by!
Best cheaper alternative to the Clooney Speedmaster 57 IMO
That bezel (and case shape) sure does conjure up that image
Love the dial
It's quite attractive
Great the vid. Definitely the best colourway
Thanks!
I like the steel bezel over black bezels
Agreed👌
Well, if you take a Daytona case, you remove the crown and you put "Hamilton" logo, it might looks good...
So, any chronograph with a tachymeter scale is considered a Daytona? Does that mean the Daytona 4030 is just a replica of a Zenith El Primero, emulating the A386 model, even using a cal.400 mechanism? That comment is just full of ignorance.
Also the Hamilton is like 3k can and the Rolex is 20k. Most of us don't have that kind of money and for me I like value.
