Sainz
Albon
Ocon
Antonelli

2025 could feature Charles/Lewis v. Max/Danny Ric v. Lando/Oscar v. Russell/Alonso...absolute INSANITY!
OOF
That would be crazy!
insane maybe best championship fight since 2010 or 12 ofc i want alonso to win i would be sad if not but that year would be alonso and lewis trying to win there 8 3 chanpionship to compleete their msission danny ric trying to win before he cant no more verstappen getting the fifth leclerc trying ot bring glory to ferrari once again russel trying and a mclaren fight
That's how I see it, perfect !

Seb coming back in a Mercedes will be so funny. imagine another Hamilton vs Vettel but now they're on opposite sides. what a turntable
He not coming.. his hair is too long now 😁
😂if you put it that way.
Data says Sainz and Leclerc were absolutely dead even on race pace last year. Closest pairing on the grid, I think Ferrari has messed up trying to fix the one thing that worked for them
The only problem with Ferrari management, is the Ferrari management ...
i think there is a lot of tension behind the scenes at ferrari. there are reports during the binotto days that carlos wasnt going to play second fiddle to leclerc but ferrari upper management is fully behind leclerc.
Audi.
yeah, people definitely underestimate Sainz, ofc Leclerc is very very good, but Sainz is just as capable

Albon makes the most sense. Because you could force Vesti in Williams for 25. Give sergeant and vesti one year to see if sergeant is able to comfortable beat Vesti. If not, you get Kimi Antonelli in for 2026 or vice versa.
I don’t think it is likely, but carlos at redbull would be super exciting.
Having Alonso or Vettel replace Hamilton would be crazy, two of Hamilton's rivals in his career.
Beauty personified
Alonso, vettel or Oscar would be good he's shown he's super tainted by beating lando in his rookie season and he can adapt fast to the car
Can't see Seb jumping back into the grind after being away for that long, given what is now expected from drivers. Eating tiny, carefully controlled portions every meal, and working out 2-4 hours every damn day? Nah.
Vettel is not coming back
@@JackV-tw8bw He finished 3 places behind Norris in the championship. How did he beat him?
Give Hülkenberg his last season in F1 to finally that foking Podium and maybe a win

@@purokujunior4720 Yeah Hulk and Perez at Audi
Albon used to do sim work for Merc during his f2 days
I feel like Fred Vesti deserves a shoutout here. Mercedes seem to love him but whether they throw him straight in the deep end is up for questioning but I wouldn’t mind seeing it
Silly season begins in January and with somebody, who already had a secure contract for next year. What a time to be alive
Ridonkulous

Alex to Merc and Kimi to Williams does make sense - and this is a team known for mostly logical decisions. Alonso to Merc would be difficult due to Spygate in 2007 - McLaren patched up their differences thanks to changes in management, but Mercedes (who part-owned McLaren at the time) apparently still hold a grudge against Fernando for spilling the beans.
Mate, McLaren literally welcomed Alonso's comeback in 2015 😂
People are really getting ahead of themselves with Antonelli. What if he goes to F2 and does a Saergent and then is rushed to F1 and is crashing all day ruining that career? It's too early for the kid. He hasn't proved himself yet.
Pierre Gasly is going to Mercedes.

The reason I think Albon makes sense is that it frees the Williams seat for Antonelli next year and give him time to adjust to F1

Merc is close to falling behind to Aston so it's not worth it for Alonso
Albon to Mercedes -> Vesti to Williams. Surprised Vesti wasn’t one of the options - he was my first option for the Merc seat

My eyes read that as Jamie Oliver! LOL
I hope Carlos just dominates in Ferrari this year as a big middle finger
I don't understand why no one talks about Nico Hülkenberg, he is a very talented driver that you have seen in the junior classes, he has a lot of experience, which is important nowadays and he has the reason for it, he is still German, which Daimler certainly likes very much, of course, he has never won a podium, but he also never had the car for it
Never had the car?? Freaking Perez got I think 4 podiums when they were teammates and people think hulk is much better than him, the Renault was also a decent car. But every time he was close to a podium he F'd up, it's a skill issue... He's overrated af...
@@deerlord2363 stats don’t reveal the full story, sure Perez got 4 podiums but hulk was never far off him and out qualified him in there time together. Unfortunately I think it was a case of never being in the right spot at the right time. He threw that Brazil gp away in 2012 and if he had of won that I think his career would of taken a different trajectory
The gran turismo background music in the videos is something I adore dearly. Real JDM sexy guy shit that makes the videos feel amazing Tommaso
Mick Schumacher or even Stoffel Vandoorne or Nyck de Vries replacing Lewis Hamilton has to be more realistic than Sebastian Vettel coming back IMHO, right?
Edit; I'm only saying this, because they've got the (ex-)reserve driver connection. Nog really because of their results
Mick? Sure....
Hoping for Mick too. Who knows.
Mmmmmmm I'd say no personally
Mick Schumacher is as realistic as Ralph Schumacher imo.
Mick? The guy that got outperformed by Magnussen who then got outperformed by Hulkenberg? mick is literally at the bottom of the food chain
Wouldn't Valtteri Bottas be kind of a safe option? I'm not even sure if he would want to do it, but he's proven himself to be a very good number two driver at that team.
I think he’s spent the last couple of years proving that it’s time for him to go race in WEC, and free up a seat for a younger driver. Maybe Bottas, Hulkenberg and Magnussen could go as a team
Not anymore
Russell and Bottas... now that would be something in terms of team dynamics 👀
Mercedes need to think for the future now imo
@@TommoOnRUclips Is that why you put Vettel and Alonso on the list over Vesti?
How is Mick Schumacher not an option? I thought the whole reason he was brought on as their reserve was to replace Hamilton when he retired or left?

I see Alonso and Albon being top picks. Albon for the swap to put Antonelli in the Williams, but also Alonso being there’s about to be two races in Spain for a couple years. Could see out the end of his career before bringing Antonelli in.
Albon is pegged at RB. Daniel Ricciardo is a more likely choice.
Interesting to see how many Merc fans were true Merc fans and not Hamilton fans.
If they’re real Merc fans they’d still support the team without Lewis.
until now Mercedes has been Hamilton. I guess the fanbase will just split.
I would bet very few.

I could see alonso or Oscar going to Mercedes and Carlos replacing them at aston or mclaren
Red bull or Mercedes should be doing everything they can to get Oscar, he's already holding his own againt lando and adapted super fast to the car
Fernando 100%. Merc needs BIG name to full Big shoes. Toto thinks about it for a long time. Russ and Nando are besties. Perfect deal.
Until they can have kimi ready, alonso is the only name to fill that place
@@ArielGonzalez1damn all the people saying kimi confused the hell out of me until I realised you were all talking about Antonelli😂
@@ArielGonzalez1kimi hasn't even started F2. Calm down
It doesn't make sense to replace an old driver with an even older one. This isn't the US presidency 😆
We don't even know if Mercedes will stay ahead of AM by then
A couple other names to consider are Mick Schumacher and Fredrik Vesti.
Whilst I think Kimi Antonelli may be the future, a couple years at Williams first might be best. Even Max was at STR before RB.
I think Toto will sign Fernando to, a two year with a second year option. Gives Antonelli time to develop and get more experience and super licence points and you don't want to rush like Albon or gasly.
Plus Fernando can help mould George Russell as you said you rate Charles more than George so I think this way you stay competitive in the present but still have future as well
The fact mick isn’t mentioned at all with how much Toto has praised him this past season and with him being the teams reserve driver is wild to me he definitely is the most obvious choice whether or not he is the “best” choice
that's because toto said the same about other drivers, inlcuding nyck de vries.. you can't believe a word toto says tbh
because Mick is TERRIBLE
@F3XT from spa out, mick was performing on par with kmag
Mick would be my first choice too....if i was looking for someone to park cars at a hotel. He's mediocre at best and showed absolutely nothing to suggest hes a future champion
@adambodhi431 not every driver needs to be a future champion. He was very consistent after spa in 22, matching kmag in pace. Haas was a toxic environment for him, and its clear they didnt value him so if course that made his performancelook worse. Rn merc needs a driver who isn't gonna rock the boat and fight with George for the lead driver role. Mick has been a reliable pair of hands for them, assisting with car development and testing. He's already well integrated with the team as a support role, and already has a working relationship with George at the minimum. He knows how the team works and thinks, and same for the team with him. He is the perfect fit for what they need in 25.
I'd love to see Seb come back, gives Antonelli to develop over the next two years then hit the ground running for seat in 2026. I'd imagine that they'd want Fernando in the seat more than anyone else not only because he's a great driver but he's also the most marketable option for Mercedes as well, although part of me would also love to see Albon in that seat next to Russell. Kinda crazy to think that 25' could be the first time that Mercedes don't have a World Champion in the car since they came back into the sport in 2010.
not at all alonso is soo toxic
Vettel makes the most sense
Alonso would be 44 in 2025. I don’t know haha
Everytime Carlos got the boot, it was Daniel who replaced him, they should have kept that tradition alive 😅
With all this happining, I would love to see Mick somewhere on the grid, because he deserves it, people just hating on Mick that he is not worth it, but it was all because of the name and he was put in the wrong team at the wrong time.
Completely off topic but I love the addition of gran turismo 5 music. Super solid nostalgia
Idk if this is a hot take or not but if Albono can be 15% better than last year in that Williams i see no reason why George and Alex couldn't be teammates. Sainz on the other hand might give Riccardo a good run for his money for that Red-Bull seat that opens up at the end of the year.
100% agree
oh i would love to see sainz in that redbull
The best options are Fernando Alonso, Carlos Sainz, Alex Albon, Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, and Pierre Gasly. The wild card option is Sergio Perez lol.
The truth is that Audi is a joke and will not even beat Aston Martin anytime soon.
That Gran Turismo song in the background 😂

Maybe I'm being stupid and I'm missing something... But would Fred Vesti not be one of Mercedes' top options? Certainly before they bring in Kimi no? Kimi will only be 18 if he comes straight to F1 in 2025!
It probably should be Alex Albon. But I still want him at William's for the Cinderella Story, Epic Williams comeback and he fits that team so well.
I don't really see Sebastian return. He seems to really enjoy his Retirement, but man that would be kinda insane. But we will see. Who knows how it will go!
Alonso: Strongest driver, potential for drama for No. 1 position.
Sainz: Strong driver, some drama due to close performance between Russell. Good for Sainz as he has a better shot at beating Russell than Leclerc and Merc have more clout than Audi-Sauber.
Albon: Effectively the same as Leclerc/Sainz partnership. Clear No. 2. No drama.
Ocon: Toto, toto, toto. Same as Albon but with added spice.
Antonelli: Must win F2, long term option. Clear driver 2 to grow alongside Russell.
Vettel: Lmao😂. More likely to see him at Ferrari in some supporting role. Would love to see him there if Ferrari ever get a title.
I'd choose Sainz for best balance of Spice and Performance.

I gotta be honest I thought this was clickbait about in a few years time when I first saw this video show up because I hadn’t seen the news lol
the speed and quality that you release content is insane. love the vid! backing albon to the grave
If George Russell has a say , he would pick Alex Albon

I absolutley love the gran turismo background music in the videos . TrueJDM hot boi shit and gives great vibes to the vids Tommo
My take before watching :
Ocon to merc (He's managed by Toto)
Mick to Alpine (Alpine WEC link)
Sainz to Sauber/Audi
Tommo where’d you get that cap? It’s sharp as a knife
as much as i believe in the kimi hype, i think fred vesti is more likely to get the seat than antonelli - people seem to keep forgetting vesti is a mercedes junior and pushed theo all the way last season
Before I see the video, 3 options in my opinion.
Ocon, Albon or Alonso.
They're all in here!
@@TommoOnRUclipsall your options are on point. I am not confident in any of these though, big shoes to fill!
Theres already a rumour that Ocon turned off an offer from Alpine because he has a better offer from a team with a better car performance (probably Merc)
Daniel Riccardo?
@@Pandataco31 definitely not
Ocon is better option as he is good in car development inputs. And good driver. Y am saying he good he survived with in alpine politics and Alonso mind game..
But problem he had no big backing. He deserves a big victories.
All those F1 Drivers that will Lewis Hamilton at Mercedes could be Valtteri Bottas, Carlos Sainz, Sebastian Vettel, Kimi Raikkonen, Fernando Alonso, Alex Albon, Max Verstappen, Daniel Ricciardo and Nicholas Latifi
Hear me out hear me out.
Vesti
OK I'll see myself out.
But really though I think he's done good in junior formula but that Mercedes seat doesn't get filled by 'good' drivers especially with names like Tommo said minus Antonelli which is unknown.
Albon makes sense medium term if Antonelli does great in F2 and gets Williams seat but Alonso in Mercedes though... I can see him drag the car to a bunch of podiums and maybe wins
Not a single mention of Frederik Vesti who arguably was the best driver in F2 last year and only lost because Verschoor ran him off at Monza, and Prema could but his tyres on correctly. Shame.
It was Stanek not Verschoor. But completely agree, no one has mentioned him even once despite leading the majority of the f2 championship and only losing out courtesy of factors outside his control
@@madskristiansen5049 Du har ret, jeg huskede forkert.
Vesti has only shown enough throughout his career to be a solid driver not a great one. Martins is much better, Bortoletto too. Doohan has more raw speed and racer quality also.
Hi im follow F1 and not F2. can you suggest a F2 race that i can watch to get an idea of member and their talent
@@clintonmaher6930 I do agree that in equal machinery, Martins and Doohan would give Vesti a run for his money, but him not even being mentioned in this situation is just unfair. It is sort of undermining his achievements by calling him solid, when he even beat those guys in a stacked F2 field and lost the title by sheer misfortune.
Will put this out there: Frederik Vesti? Mercedes have of course never signed a rookie, but why not start now. Obviously he's not first option, but he has been extremely quick and also reliable in F2. Just saying.
Good one. He got second place in his second F2 season. Mick Schumacher won F2 in his second season.
@@williwerbung5203 He only lost to a very talented driver in his 3rd season of F2 :)
Why not Bottas? He’s driven for them before, is a great team player, he would love to fight in the front again, he can end his career at Mercedes and then Antonelli can replace him.
Bottas was one of the worst team mates Lewis has ever had. He played on the narrative "oh poor me, they are treating me like a wingman. Have sympathy for me" BS. Whenever Lewis needed Bottas to put up a fight against Verstappen and finish between lewis and Verstappen, he never did. He put more of a fight against Lewis needlessly even if they were on different strategies than he did against Verstappen. He let Lewis go by 1 time on team orders when Lewis was well clear against him on points in championship but the rest of the time, he did Lewis no favours.
Am i the only one who thinks Fred Vesti is the best choice for the seat. he's part of the team, he has tested for them on numerous occasions and he has proven that he can win races. In a stacked F2 grid might i add. it's a no brainer in my opinion.
I was thinking the exact same thing... in fact, I thought I was tripping bc my first thought was Vesti and no one is mentioning him in videos/statements I've seen so far and I don't know why.
I really was like... "Wait, is Fred Vesti not in the Merc Academy anymore? Did I miss something?"
Yeah, you are probably the only one
Same, and i have not see anyone mention him.

2018 F2 had Russell, Norris, and Albon
@@IzzyBoysenvesti is the perfect choice I think they need to promote him in that williams.
Tommo, what about Frederik Vesti if he does well in LMP2? He is/was a Mercedes Junior and finished second in F2 last year?
Mercedes will not put a junior driver in that seat. Remember how long Russell had to drive at Williams? And he had won F3 and F2, very much in contrast to Vesti
tommo, i actually thought the same thing as you(refering to the end of the video), i do believe merc is gonna sign albon to at least a 1-2 year contract
Great video. I think it’s a claim that Russell/Alonso would be the best lineup on the grid. IMO they’d be second to Leclerc/Hamilton. Huge!
If I were Merc I'd go for Sainz. I think he would be a younger Bottas equivalent But Quicker, and more consistent.
Sainz is no Bottas. He will challenge George and think they would be great pairing.
What I should have said was, Sainz has the temperament of Bottas when it comes to teammate dynamics but, also has the Speed and consistency to Challenge George if not beat him more readily. @@dgomes265
Sainz will go from Saubar. Audi.
I see it between Ocon and Albon. Most would say Alonso however i don’t think Toto and Alonso would coexist
According to Kravitz, Toto has reached out to Alonso's team...

@@TommoOnRUclips I know he’s also close with George but i’m not so sure i mean he will be 44 in 25 but i can somewhat see it plus he’s worked with James Allison before however i want to see someone younger like Albon, Ocon and Piastri
Toto wanted Alonso replace with Hamilton back in 2014, but Ferrari didn't let go Alonso. So i think Toto and Alonso could exist, but i don't see Alonso in Mercedes
@@veca4ever5 i think it’s too late for him
Maybe they will try for Norris or the Aussie young guy who drove for Dan last year.

Bro how quick was this 😂
🏃
glad you covered nando. didnt see the take yet but i think if kimi doesnt win f2 alonso would be their best bet. good chemistry with george aswell
IMHO They have two options: Sign a young talented driver with at least a little bit of experience or an experienced above-average skilfull driver with Champion potential.
Young driver: I don't see why they should sign any F2/F3 Junior when they already have Mick Schumacher as spare. Liam Lawson would be promising, but he is a RB guy.
Experienced driver: Vettel has lost his Mojo in 2018. Alonso is superb, but will he change the team yet again? Hülkenberg has his shining moments and would be my pick in terms of economical issues. Drivers with Champion potential: Albon, Sainz (equal to Leclerc). Ocon was with Mercedes but I would rather pick Gasly then him. Bottas and Perez unfortunately were outperformed by the team mates and so they do not qualify.
My guess: Schumacher, Albon or Alonso
If you’re looking shorter term to give Antonelli time, would Hulkenberg make the shortlist? Showed incredible pace in the Haas last season, still got a few years ahead of him, could be a great stop gap
I think Russell/Albon is the best team pairing for Mercedes and that is who I would choose personally.
Mick Schumacher! German driver, test driver for MB atm, F2 champion, experience in an F1 car, experience with the current Mercedes, etc etc etc.
Have u seen his performances in F1
@@harryfeng4199 yh but that was haas
Yes good but I would like to see him in Williams for a season or 2 to actually know if it’s a good choice
@@harryfeng4199yes, that P6 he pulled off in a HAAS was beautiful. Those intense battles with top tier drivers were great too, shown amazing race craft. I don't think Mercedes snatched him up for the fun.
@@VColossalV honestly this is just my opinion. In terms of defensive driving, I didn’t see anything remotely special in terms of race craft/awareness, more like just the willingness to fight pointless battles. His pace was in general, unimpressive. I don’t think it makes sense to consider a very few better results as evidence for talent. And while Ik Haas was not ez to drive, his still crashed way too much. As much as he crashed, I would at least liked to see a bit more pace (presumably… in most instances… he crashed bcuz he was pushing). It’s like Grosjean but slower. I don’t think Mick can beat any other driver on the grid over a season barring maybe, maybe Stroll. You tell me if it would make sense for MERC to realistically consider him.
Could Frederik Vesti be an option?
Lewis=>Ferrari
Ocon=>Mercedes
Albon=>Alpine leave RB (As he said to want to leave RedBull)
Perez=>OUT
Sainz=>RedBull back to where it all begin with Toro Rosso)
Antonelli=>Williams
Pourchaire=>Zhou
Martins=> 1 year on the Alpine bench
In these case All drivers get an arguably upgrade ! Lewis, Ocon to Mercedes and the only Top 10 drivers who never drive in a top 3 F1 Team, Albon to a constructor team, Sainz to redbull, Antonelli and pourchaire start !
It's a good from every part and i don't know why everybody thinks there will be chaos. Lewis and Russell fight each other, that's good, but they respect order like Ocon at Alpine when they ask him to move even for Gasly.
Will bono go with Lewis to Ferrari
Lewis would surely push for that
Oh fuck I hadnt even thought of that

I remember Toto saying that "all of the team bosses up and down the pit lane would want Alonso in their car".
GT7 music got me vibing
This might be off the wall but, Mick Schumacher might be a good stop gap for Mercedes. He has F1 experience, he has a ton of time in the Merc sim and he's got the name for a German team. He would also be a clear 2nd to Russell which would be optimal in terms of team Dynamic. Not to mention Merc would save a ton of money on a contract. This move would let Merc take a long look at the F2 field. Merc could play the long game if they don't let ego get in the way.
I was wondering this tho, new fan to f1 but if mick has a very good season in the endurance szn that he is participating, why can’t he come in, become 2nd to russell, have a potential comeback to f1?
Let's not forget that Hamilton replaced his dad at the team.... To have not only a German but a Schumacher to do the same is kinda destiny isn't it?
The problem with that scenario is that Mick (thus far in his career at least!) has shown neither the speed; race-craft, nor consistency of quality performance delivery necessary for a front running team like Mercedes to seriously challenge Red Bull for The WCC. Lando would have been the perfect successor to Lewis if you ask me - had he not signed a new long term contract! I believe that Mercedes will either go for Sainz, or Albon to fill this vacancy!
I think he's going Audi
@@hicm1of124 The first thing Mercedes needs to return to being able to challenge for the WCC is a driver who can drive car development forward to make the team more competitive. Like Räikkönen used to do at Ferrari and McLaren, like Schumacher used to do at Ferrari and Mercedes, and like Sainz was doing at McLaren.
According to alot of statements from McLaren and Mercedes engineers in 2023, Mick was very good at providing technical feedback and at using the simulator to find good setups for their cars. He has a very good technical understanding of the car, and had previously been praised for that at Haas by the likes of Simone Resta and Ayao Komatsu.
Only a small portion of F1 drivers are gifted on this front, so Mick Schumacher can be a very valuable asset to whatever team would end up signing him.
It just makes absolutely no sense to me that Sainz would just get benched like that despite literally winning last season, going toe-to-toe with Leclerc, and arguably making up the other half of strongest overall driver lineup on the grid. Unless he somehow pissed off people at Ferrari by being too smart for their race strategies.
Leclerc has always had better pace according to data and has overall better pace. Sainz is a safe hands will more likely do an 8/10 performance every week but leclerc can have the 10/10s more (especially if his car doesn’t explode). And well Lewis Hamilton not only as a racer but the brand is a no brainer
Totally agree. Vasseur is a 🤮
That’s all true, but Lewis is the only driver they’d have done this for I think
He's going to Audi
I dont know if leclerc / Hamilton is an really good combination. Hamilton going to be second driver? Leclerc for sure will not be.
Vesti is not even on your list? bro just finished 2nd in F2 AND is a Mercedes Academy driver
For me, the 2025 season will be amazing with this options:
Sainz going to RedBull/Mercedes/Aston/Audi
Alonso going to Mercedes/RedBull
Albon going to Redbull/Aston/Audi
Lawson coming
Mercedes gotta start building that team around George. The results weren't there last year, but his pace has been there all season. He is to Mercedes what Charles is to Ferrari, Lando is to McLaren, Max is to Red Bull.
Now that Lewis is gone, they can fully focus on him, instead of walking on eggshells around Lewis.
What pace? Lewis was p3 where was George?
@@ND9HighlightsComps You don’t use points as the sole indicator of pace. Russell and Hamilton were equal in quali head to head and within 2 hundredths of each other, and in race pace Russell was barely faster on average in races where they didn’t have issues or dnf’d. He was slower in some races where he crashed out or dnf’d so the averages are ever so slightly skewed, but overall they were one of, if not the closest pairing for quali and race pace.
Russell hasn't show enough to be the cornerstone of a team with championship aspirations. They should get Alonso and hope Kimi Antonelli is all that in 26
@@fritsieboiker8449he literally beat Hamilton in their first year together lmao.
One subpar year and people are really acting like Russell is dogshit
@@deeznoots6241 Some people say that it was his 5th year in the sport so he should not be making mistakes like this. But then look at Lewis’s 5th season in 2011, it was quite the disaster too for his standards. It happens even to the best, but somehow 1 season defines how good/bad a driver is to most uninformed people.
if toto stays, its ocon, if toto leaves, its albon or ocon
Ocon to Mercedes would be atrocious. Mercedes have no future if that happens
@@lizwikhoza202 ocon is a solid driver and could pick up important points and podiums for them, hes just a seatwarmer for antonelli
@@nigelgearsleystanaccount66exactly I don’t get why people think Ocon can get the job done if u need a consistent driver he can do that 🤷♂️
I would have always thought it would be mick. Toto said that it would be mick to get the next position at Mercedes if I’m not wrong.
i'm not going to lie, i'm really looking forward to seeing how GR handles being the head dog at Merc without LH's shadow hanging over him.
I think the *easiest* choice is Albon, could easily fill the seat but could lead to a deterioration in their relationship in the worst case scenario.
best in terms of challenging, i think would be Sainz.
If Seinz inks a deal to drive for Merc in '25 in the next few weeks (big if, I know), do the teams work out an agreement to swap drivers a year earlier?
Nope.
Id say albono or antonelli(though albono would maneuver more sence, as then antonelli could go to williams for some seasons)
As someone who hasn't followed the feeder series extensively (and, being part Danish, slightly bias) is Vesti not an option at all?
Carlos Sainz at Red Bull would be the most interesting. He’s a very smart driver, can handle any car he’s put in, and he’s fantastic at being a great rival. He’s smarter, and more cool headed, than Riccardo. And he thrives under pressure.
Albon in the Merc would be very smart. He can handle the car, and the pressure. He’s good friends with Russel, so his already amazing marketability is even better!
Forget Riccardo, he had his chance, and squandered it.
I think Ferrari is going to be a real shock for Hamilton. I’m 50/50 as to whether he will do well, or end up like Vettel at Ferrari.
