- We have begun our demolition work at the Church Lane North estate, Grangetown, as part of a £16m regeneration scheme.
The project, delivered in partnership with EQUANS, will provide improvements to existing homes for our customers, along with new affordable homes for rent, shared ownership and rent to buy.
