God said Thou shall not kill, but yet he instructed many men of God to annihilate entire cities.
When God said to do something it was his WILL it be done, and no fault can be found in his instructions, but when MAN tries to apply his own WILL, God is NOT pleased!
@@lionsdejudah where did God tell Solomon to carve the images of the Sacred Cherubim in 1 Kings 6:29?
God commanded the Israelites not to make IDOLS, but He at times commanded them to create holy images for veneration...hence the above verses. Nobody complained when Solomon did it in the sanctuary where the Ark of the Covenant was.
Please read the Bible in its entirety and do not pit Scripture against Scripture.
