- pianist izumi tateno playing alexander scriabin's nocturne for the left hand in d-flat major, op. 9 no. 2
fact: scriabin composed for the left hand after becoming paralyzed on the right side by syphilis. Видеоклипы
ECCELLENZA INCREDIBILE SEMBRANO DUE MANI
It was balakirev's Islamey. His music is waay harder than anything liszt wrote.
Scriabin wasnt paralyzed with Syphilis! Great playing though
can you assure that?
to my knowledge, his right hand was injured while he was exercising Liszt hungarian rhapsody.
He was playing in Tampere, Finland 2002. During the concert he had a bleeding in his brain. It had nothing to do with syphilis or anything like that. Just bad luck.
Does anyone have the sheet music for this?
I believe it was Liszt's transcription of Don Juan opera.
