I think I remember when the ride first opened the queue had slightly more to it on the inside, including a few bat suits. These got changed or removed when dark knight came out, and some of the theming, especially on the TVs basically changed a little every time new Batman content came out. If I remember correctly when I first attended in 2000, it was themed after Batman Beyond. They'd change out the batmobile outside too.
I was there yesterday and the flash passes would not redeem online so they refunded me the difference from am ultimate pass price from a basic and gave out wrist bands to enter the rides with no Waite time up the exit line . Was a real good day.
What great memories this brings back!!...all that's missing is the batman music!!...this was the best ride to go on at night!!

I lived near Great America and was a coaster fanatic in the 2000s so I went on this ride a LOT
This and the Raging Bull were always my favorite rides!
